This prologue lists concepts about this world that we'll be diving in. Don't try to memorize anything though! Just read with an open mind^^ It'll all make sense in the later chapters. Thanks so much! And Enjoy!
==Prologue==
In this world, called Etheros, there exists a natural energy, mana. It's a magical source of life and power produced by a human body. With an individual's consciousness and will, it can be used in many ways from supporting to battling.
There are currently four types of humans that can use their generated mana: Sword Bearers, Elemental Bearers, Mana manipulation Bearers, and Unique Bearers.
An individual that can use their mana within a blade are called Sword Bearers. They don't just focus on melee. With their mana, they can merge it with their sword and create many sorts of attacks. But, if they don't have any blade to grasp, they are unable to use their mana.
An individual that has the power to activate an element are called Elemental Bearers. These elements include: Fire, Water, Ice, Earth, Wind, Nature, and Lightning. Out of all the bearings, Elemental Bearers are the most common found in this world. In total there are nine elements if including the rarest of them, light and darkness, but many few have these.
An individual who can use their mana freely without a weapon nor a formation of an element are called mana manipulation bearers. In other words, they don't convert their mana into something special. Instead, the pure mana itself is the weapon.
Lastly, an individual who possesses more than one of the previous mentioned bearings are called Unique bearers. They are the most powerful and rarest amongst them all.
Attributes are also existent, but that's explained in another time.

Hashima High School. Bonds and friendships can be formed in a place like this. Students can smile and laugh together, hang out and talk about silly things. They can practice their bearings and show it off to their friends and family. Students attend school to spend time with their friends as well as to become stronger and adapt successfully to the community. The school can be fun and intriguing—but harsh and violent as well.
Hashima High School consists of many students—which can make the place pretty chaotic. Dusts and blasts appear almost every week with screams and yells, and the bearers can all be grinning or gazing in hatred. Many students pick fights with others and try to show them who is stronger. While others, just fight for fun. The staffs have banned any sort of unofficial duels, but they just keep at it.
Sure, fun times and memories can happen at this sort of school, as well as the opposite.
Mana is a weapon, and everyone is able to use it. That being the case, its usage is unpredictable when it comes to a school like this. Although, it's not always going to be something ominous. Mana isn't a weapon for everything. It can bring people together; strengthen endless bonds. Mana is a sort of agony and hope. In the end, it all depends on the outcome.
With no idea of what could possibly unveil, Matsu sets foot in this ground.
