Arriving to the Burrow

Y/N POV:
It was a Monday morning and you had just woken up to the smell of fresh pancakes. You were excited by the smell knowing that your dad was a great chef. I am a half blood, and in my sixth year. My family and I are close to the Weasley family. Me and Ron had been best friends since the first year and I've started to develop a crush on him. I would be staying the summer at the burrow this year and I was beyond excited. As I got dressed and headed down stairs for breakfast I saw my mom sitting on the couch drinking coffee. I walked up to her and gave her a small hug and said good morning. I then heard my dad call for breakfast. We all sat down and began to eat, I must have been hungry because I ate my food pretty fast. As I drank my orange juice my dad said " we are gonna miss you so much y/n! We won't see you this whole summer" " I know I will miss you too dad, but everything is gonna be just fine. The Weasley family is nice and I know they will take care of me." You said with a slight smile.

{time skip to the afternoon}

I sat in my room tired from packing, I lied down and almost fell asleep when I heard a tap on my window. I jumped up and saw two red head twins sitting in a car "Well what are you waiting for get in we don't have all day!" George said with a laugh "Well I have to tell my parents goodbye" I said, "No time come on!" Fred said opening the back door of the car. I put my trunk in and quickly wrote a letter to my parents saying goodbye, I put the paper on my desk and quickly got in. As we left I looked out the window. This is my first time at the Weasley's home so I was quite nervous. I looked away from the window to see Fred staring at me " sooooo when you gonna tell him?!" He said with a big smile, "tell who what?" I said with a confused look "oh c'mon you know exactly what we are talking about y/n!" George said teasingly "i have no idea what you're talking about" I said looking away knowing exactly what they were talking about. "Oh y/n, when are you going to confess your feelings about for our little won won" Fred said laughing "I don't like him!" I said a bit embarrassed "mmmmhm sure you don't" George said with a wink, I rolled my eyes in annoyance but I could feel my face turn red with embarrassment.

{time skip to when we are at the burrow}

Once you arrived the twins offered to grab you trunk, you walked in and you were amazed, the house was full of magic, since you were half blood your home didn't exactly look like this. No one seemed to notice you were there until a few seconds later molly came and gave you a tight hug, she finally let go of you and everyone else came to give you hugs. you were about to head up to ginny's room when you felt a tap on your shoulder, you turned around to see a red head staring at you, he smiled and gave you a hug you felt butterflies in you stomach and you tried not to blush but you lost and you felt your face get red, "Ron I missed you so much!!!" You said still in a tight hug. He finally stopped hugging you and smiled " I missed you so much too!" He said excitedly. You sat next to each other talking which what felt like hours but it was only a few minutes, you saw Ginny come down and pulled you up to her room. As soon as you got in she shut the door and you were surprised to see Hermione sitting on the bed reading, "Hermione!" You said excitedly "y/n!!" She exclaimed. you all sat in a circle on the floor to talk about boys but it was just Ginny talking about how Harry smiled at her and how she fancies him for about an hour. you dozed off thinking about Ron and wondering if he fancied you, of course he didn't, someone like him couldn't possibly like you. you started to think more about it and grew sad of the thought that he fancied another girl, after talking about boys you walked downstairs to see Ron sitting on the couch. You sat next to him and smiled "hi" you said shyly

Ron's POV:
you saw y/n coming down the stairs and you couldn't help but blush, just the thought of her gave you butterflies, you fancied her so much, she was pretty, nice, talented, and very stunning, but of course she could never fancy you, I mean someone like her couldn't possibly like you. she sat next to you and smiled "hi" y/n said shyly. I didn't want her to be shy, I liked when she was confident around me, "hey!" I said "everyone else is going to play quidditch, want to join?" She asked in a quiet voice "sure let's go" I said as I grabbed her arm and pulled her out to the quidditch match

Y/N POV:

He grabbed my hand and pulled me out to the yard, in my mind I was practically SCREAMING!! I blushed hard and as we got outside I saw the twins fighting over broomsticks. I didn't care about what broom i got so I just grabbed a random one and flew into the air, Hermione, Harry, Ron, and Ginny were already on their brooms. once the twins finally figured out what broom they got they flew up too. "SHIRTS VERSUS SKINS!" Harry yelled taking off his shirt as I saw Ginny face turn red. "Isn't that what they do to keep track of teammates in the muggle world Hermione?" Harry asked "uh yeah I guess" Hermione said not caring I was getting ready to play as I turned to see Ron with his shirt off "when did Ron get so fit?!" I thought. I hadn't realized the game had started and I was practically staring at this point until I heard Hermione yell " Y/N WATCH OUT!!" I was too late and I turned in Hermione's direction to see a quidditch ball coming my direction, I couldn't move in time and as soon as I knew it, I blacked out

Ron's POV:
I hear Hermione screaming at y/n to watch out I look in her direction to see her getting hit with a quidditch ball in the face. She falls off her broom and falls to the floor
