Chapter 3 – His Eyes

Recap:

" why do you care so much about the tattoo?" I asked finally able to catch my breath when he stopped whatever he was doing.

"That tattoo that you have on your neck, it's mine," Aidan smiled

All I could see was a pair of glowing white eyes when suddenly all became black.

'shit, don't faint..' I thought as I felt myself lose consciousness infront of the were killer.

Story:

I turned to my side and hugged my bolster in bed as I snuggle in more in my comfy bed..

‘Bed?’ I lazily thought with my eyes still close threatening to slip into darkness again.

‘BED!’ I shot up from the bed and quickly asses my surrounding My brown antique wardrobe to my right guarded by my large doraemon soft toy. Over to my life, my bathroom door in the same colour and design. I looked behind me and I immediately covered my eyes from the blinding light that seep through the gaps of the curtains on my window.

“ahh.. my head” I groaned softly as I sat at the side of the bed, clutching my head and massaging my temples.

“how did I get here?” I muttered to myself after stretching my body and yawning numerous time before I step into my bathroom to bath.

After bathing, I quickly dress up in my school uniform, still not in the least worried of how I got home and who changed me. After I was satisfied covering my tattoo, I creeped downstairs not wanting to meet my mother incase. I had a bad feeling she’s not happy with me.

“Emily. Come to the kitchen. I need to talk to you now” my mom’s voice boomed from the kitchen and I sighed inwardly and walked inside the kitchen with my head down not wanting to meet her eyes.

“What happened to you yesterday, Emily? Are you okay?” my mom went closer to me to inspect me up and down.

“huh? What do you mean, what happened to me? Did something happen?” I tried to act that I didn’t know what happened which was true and my mom took the bait.

“ Come here sit down first. Yesterday, you came back home in the arms of this one guy, what’s his name? Oh right, Aidan. He claimed that you suddenly got dizzy while walking back home and you just fainted the next second. He told me that you told him our address while walking back home with him before you fainted. Are you okay, Emily? Do you need to go school today?” My mom explained while handing me my bacon and eggs on my plate.

‘Now I remember. Why didn’t he kill me?’ I stuff the bacon into my mouth and looked at my mom who now is trying to determine whether she should give me an ‘off’ from school or not.

“Err yeah.. I got dizzy when we were walking back home. Umm, he told me he.. err live around this area and.. and.. I told him I was too.. and Itoldhimouraddresstoproveit” I struggled to explain myself and quickly ended the my explanation as though I  had a EUREKA moment.
