Chapter 31

TAEHYUNG POV

I opened my eyes slowly, taking in my surroundings.

I tried to move then realised I was tied up onto a chair.

"Ah, nice to see you again." I snapped my head up and saw Sang Hee walking over, a smirk plastered on her face.

"What do you want this time?" She pulled out a knife and put it against my neck, making my breath hitch.

"Where are the rest of you hiding?" I just glared at her making her smirk even more. She put the knife closer to my neck, making it cut through my skin slightly, and it hurt like hell.

"Tell me." I clenched my eyes shut then she sighed and stepped back, and it went silent.

I opened my eyes and saw her on my phone doing something.

"...What are you doing?" She then put the phone next to my ear and said, "Talk to them."

A few seconds later the line picked up and I could hear Jimin's voice on the other end.

"Tae! Where the hell are you?!" Sang Hee grabbed onto my hair and signalled me to talk.

"...She got us both" I said. "...W...what?" I clenched my eyes shut then said, "Don't come, go far away or she'll-"

Sang Hee put the phone to her ear and said, "Come back to your base in an hour or I'll kill him." She hung up then threw the phone onto the ground, breaking it.

"...You'll never win." She smirked and came closer to my face. "And why not?" I have both you and Jungkook, and the rest of you will come in a bit, won't they? If not, you'll die and I'll find another way."

"Oh wait." She pulled out her knife and put it right on my chest, making me widen my eyes.

"I'm gonna kill you all anyways, so there's no harm in doing it now."

3RD PERSON POV

"Ugh, we can't just sit around doing nothing!"

"Well, what are we supposed to do? We don't know where they even are."

Jimin then came running in the room panicked. "S... Sang Hee has them" he said his breathing uneven.

"What?!" Namjoon got up. "She... she said she'll kill Taehyung if we don't show up at the base in an hour... t.. though she might have already k...killed him..."

He was on the verge of breaking down so Jin pulled him into his embrace trying to calm him down.

"...Jimin what about Jungkook? "Namjoon asked. "I d... don't know..."

He sighed then clenched his hands into fists and said, "That's it. We're killing her." "W... what?" "It won't end otherwise. We have to end it today, no matter what. She has Taehyung and even Jungkook, who knows what she'll do."

Silence filled the room. then Namjoon said, "Get ready. We're leaving in 5."

JUNGKOOK POV

I opened my eyes slowly and groaned, my body feeling numb.

I tried to move but then felt my wrists being pulled back. I then realised that both my wrists and ankles were chained to the wall.

I used all the energy I could muster to get free but it was no use.

Then the door opened and a man walked in.

Wait... this is same person who kidnapped Y/n before.

He smirked and said, "Nice to meet you, again, Jungkook."

"...Who are you?" He crouched down and stared into my eyes. He titled his head to the side and said, "You don't remember me?" "...Why would I know you?"

"I was your dad's partner... he hired me to kill your mother."
