I'm in my room with my best friend Griffin, we share a house with my girlfriend Ava and we're working on a book as he draws every situation that I write down. We were working peacefully when we heard a soft snoring coming from Ava's at home studio and go upstairs and see Ava laying against the soundboard I sit down next to her
"Baby? Are you ok?" I said and got no response
"Is she okay"
"She's not responding and she's not usually the type of person to play pranks"
"She's probably sleeping "
"I guess"
"Let's just get her downstairs"
I picked her up and walked down carefully trying not to drop her and set her on the bed and laid next to her and patiently waited for her to wake up while writing. Griffin went down to get some food to not be a third wheel I guess

It's been about an hour and I think I fell asleep but I woke up to Ava with her arms around my waist, I'm assuming she had moved
"Hmmm" she hummed in discomfort
"What's wrong?"
"Mmmm" she hummed again
"Alright you gotta use your words bae. Ever heard of sleep talking?"
"Baby stop it"
"I'm just gonna let you dream"
"I love you more"
I smile and listen to her while she sleep talks
"Ughhhh"
"What baby"
"I want cuddles"
"You're awake aren't you"
"Yup"
"I knew it"
"Okay but seriously I want cuddles"
I roll my eyes and wrapped my arms around her
