I don't know how I got to this point but I'm about to go help one of my favorite artists design the cover for her second album, love and war

I got in my car and got to the studio in about 30 minutes and then I get a text from my girlfriend Bebe who was the one who put all of this together,

Left on 'read'? Weird. I shook it off and focused on getting into the studio. I got in and knocked on the door and I was met with a pair of soft chocolate brown eyes on my own, I knew those eyes anywhere, it was Ava.
"Oh my god y/n you made it"
"Always, anything for you bae" I said with a smile
She laughed a little bit playfully rolling her eyes.
"Well, come in" she said stepping out of the way extending her arm as a 'welcoming' gesture
"So no managers?"
"Not today I wanted you to get what I really want with the album"
"Well hit me, what do you want with this? Do you want heaven and hell type? Or do you want different?"
"I want to surprise them but I once again, don't want to give them any ballads or soft songs"
"Ok, so you want to go different while still keeping your whole duality thing right"
"Yes, exactly"
"I got something but I don't know if you'd like it"
I started drawing something on a paper and after about thirty minutes I had a rough sketch of what I wanted
"Ok so I got this"
"ok..."
I turn it around slowly and before I fully turned the paper around to show her there was a knock on the door
"I'll get it" Ava called out
She opened the door and stepped aside saying
"Y/n I think it's for you"
"Bebe?"
"Yeah"
"What are you doing here?"
"I- I'm breaking up with you"
I felt tears forming in my eyes eventually running down my face
"A- Ava can you g- give us a second"
Ava stepped out and Bebe came into the room
"I'm sorry y/n I love you but I'm in love with someone else, I'm so sorry and I hope you understand, I just don't want to hurt you anymore"
"Ye- yeah I- I get it" I started crying and she knew it was best to leave knowing she was the reason I was crying
Ava came in and immediately ran to my side when she realized I was crying
"Hey do you wanna take a break you can come back in whenever you're ready"
"N- no I'm f-f- fine"
"No y/n you're not fine"
"I just can't go back to my house it's filled with too many memories of her"
"You can come home with me and stay until you're ready to go back to your house, however long it takes"
"Th- thank you b- but I can't Ava"
"You have no choice"
I sighed and fell into her arms bursting into tears
*2 years later*
"Ava"
"Yes y/n"
"It's been two years since my break up with Bebe and I've lived with you for those two years, I ended up as your permanent roommate, and you were there for every second of my hurting; every break down, every painful memory, all of it. And I can't pretend I'm not in love with you. So Ava, will you take our friendship to the next level and be my girlfriend?"
"Yes! Y/n of course I'll be your girlfriend"
She ran to me and hugged me tightly and I suddenly felt her soft lips against my own and I melted into the kiss kissing her back with pure passion
