Chapter 8

Akko

Diana leaves the room and Slammed the door shut. Tears running down my cheeks. Lotte trying to comfort me but it isn't working. The words that diana said reapeting in my head. "If that's you want you can have it". She fought amanda in order to keep her from doing anything to us. She risked her life. But if I didn't get injected she could have died. She was right and I was wrong. I yelled at her and now she's gone.

"Lotte...it's all my fault!".

"It's not your fault".

"Yes it is! I got mad at her for trying to defend me!".

"Akko".

"Yeah".

"She was serious".

"What?!"

"She was serious about leaving. She told me once that she was gonna kill her dad for hurting her and her mom and she did. It was all over the news. The same thing might happen again".

"She killed her dad?!"

"Yeah because her dad tried hurting her and her mom, so she killed him".

"She was serious about leaving".

"Yes".

"I never wanted that".

Tears form in my eyes again more than the first time.

" I t-told h-her to l-leave and she actually is".

"Akko we can still makes this right".

"She probably hates me and is gone by now".

"Hey guys what happened with Diana?".

I look at the door seeing Barbra and Sucy at the door standing there questioning diana's actions.

"Wait you guys saw diana".

"Uhh yeah?she went outside the school I think she went into the woods but I saw something in her hand".

"Sucy what was in her hands?".

"A knife I think".

"What?!"

"Yeah anyway what happened".

"Lotte you tell them I'm going after her. Wait were did she go".

"She went to the woods with a sharp knife".

"I don't care! I miss her and I love her a lot and I fucjen regret my actions!".

I run through the door, rushing out of the school, then heady to the woods. I walk into the woods seeing cut marks on the tree's. I go even further into the woods. I see blood everywhere and animals stabbed to death and their organs out of their body's. I walk further into the woods, more animals dead on the floor, More and More and More the further and deeper I went into the woods. The body's stopped, But the trail of blood kept going into a cave. I grab a stick and flint and wrap a string around it, I light it and go inside. I walk inside looking around I see animal's heads on sticks. The blood going deep into the cave. I go more inside, i stop on my tracks, seeing a bear. I examine the bear looking at it closely. Oh it's dead, I look behind it seeing Diana covered in blood with a big knife covered in blood on her hand and is injured from the head to the legs and a big bear scratch on her body and her left eye gone from her socket. Her blood running down her body to a big blood pool around her. Tears in my eyes, I rush towards her. Trying to wake her up. She awakens opening her right eye. Her eye color was black and is emotionless. She suddenly stabbed the animal behind her killing it and pulling out the blade from it's skull and throws the bloody blade to me with the remaining strength she had. I pick it up, Looking at her. She weakly points out of the cave.

"I-its t-to late for m-me go on w-with out m-me j-just lik-e you w-wanted".

She start coughing a lot of blood up and her arm falls to her side. The blood from her mouth going down to her side making the pool of blood bigger. I went up to he, taking off my jacket and wrapping it around her chest covering up the big bear scratch. Cutting of my sleeve and start wrapping it around her missing eye. She weakly cups my cheek with her bloody hand. Looking at me with her black emotionless eye.

"A-k-ko I l-love you-u".

"So do I".

Her arms falls to her side her breath getting heavier and weaker. Her eye was slowly closing. She was slowly bleeding out. Tearing up i grab picked her up bridal style and rush out of the cave.

"Please diana don't die on me".

I run through the the woods, after a little while I reached the school and rushing inside. I run through the hallway getting Constant stares, lotte and Sucy and Barbra notice me heading into the nurses office.

"HELP ME NURSE PLEASE!!"

The nurse rushes out seeing the bleeding Diana

"Omg what happened".

"NO FUCKEN TIME TO EXPLAIN, SHE IS QUICKLY BLEEDING OUT!"

The nurse grabs diana out of my hands and takes her to the office laying her down and hooked her up on a blood monitor giving her the blood she lost.

"Akko please leave im going to do surgery on her".

"Ok".

I leave out of the room sitting down against the wall. The images of diana in my head. She was covered with Bright red blood. Wounds and cuts around her and her eye was gone. All was due to my fault, For yelling at her, telling her to leave me. Tears running down my cheeks heavily.

"Akko?"

I look up seeing Sucy,lotte,and Barbra standing near the door. I get up hugging the 3.

"What happened? did you find diana?"

I sit back down explaining what happened to diana and what I have seen. Their faces looking shocked and worried.

"Where is she now?"

"She is having surgery in the other room as we speak".

"How long until it's done?",

" I don't know we just have to wait".
