Chapter 18

Diana

I open my eyes to the sound of birds in the tree's singing their songs and frogs croaking. The tree's slowly moving With the breeze of the wind. I look down to see Akko curled up asleep next to me, And Woody on my lap also asleep. I slowly pick up woody, trying not to wake him and place him near Akko.

"Adorable".

I smile at them and grab my knife. I head to one of the wolves body.

"This is gonna be bloody",.

I roll it upright on one of the tree's and started skinning it. I quickly finished and cut some of the wolves limbs to use for food. Taking the meat back, I grab a stick and impale the meat, placing it on the campfire. I light it up and it started cooking.

"Diana?"

I look over and see Akko awaken as she started rubbing her eyes with woody beside her.

"Hey love how did you sleep?"

"I slept well, but i am still a little tired. Though What are you doing?".

"Cooking meat you hungry?".

"A little".

"Well it's almost done and while we wait we can play with woody".

"Ok".

I grab a stick and toss it. Woody goes running pretty fast and pick it up and brings it back to me.

"Here you try".

I pass the stick to Akko and she tossed it and woody goes After it. He brings it back to her and goes on her lap panting a lot from running.

"You guys are adorable, Especially you Akko".

She blushed bright red and covering her face.

"T-thanks".

I go to her and remove her hands from her face.

"Awww don't be embarrassed now. You know I love you".

She hugs me and I return the gesture.

"I love you too".

"Come on we have to go back".

"Ok, but we should eat first".

I nodded in agreement and I cooked another wolf meat. We are the meat and so did wish. We take down the camp and put out the fire. Then we start heading back to the school and we successfuly arrive. I take woody inside my dorm and he runs if to the closest and lays down and quickly falls asleep. I leave the room and Akko Looks at me with a worried look.

"Diana are you sure woody can be here? What is the head master finds out?"

"He can stay in my dorm since it's pretty close to the yard and we can talk to the head master to see if he can stay in my dorm".

"Ok then, I'll go to the head master to see if we can keep him here".

"Ok be careful"

"Ok".

I see Akko go the the hall and turns right going to the head masters office. I feel a little hungry so I walk towards the cafeteria and something hits my leg and I fall down, but I catch myself quickly. I look up to see who did it and it was Andrew and his group of friends.

"Whoops my bad. I didn't see a loner walking by".

His group starts laughing at me but I keep my cool. Since I don't want more murders or fights on my record and I want Akko to be happy and not being worried about these things.
