I picture Dream's love language being acts of service. Dream is the sort of guy who just does things for his partner out of the goodness of his heart. The first time you noticed it was on the smp. You'd told your stream you needed to spend the next day collecting a ton of sand for a glass structure. You logged on the next day to see Dream had left a chest full of sand in your home. Turns out he'd spent his whole stream yesterday getting it for you.
Dream feels cared for when you complete acts of service for him as well, though he usually gets all blushy and won't outwardly say it. When you stay up late to help him code a new mod for a video, or teach him how to do a new trick he didn't already know, his heart flutters.

I can definitely see George's love language being physical touch. He strikes me as the kind of person that absentmindedly holds his partners hand when they're sitting on their phones together, or even having dinner. I don't think he'd even realize he was doing it, it's just sort of a second nature to the guy.
George would also want a lot of physical touch back. If he went too long without being in the same space as his partner, I feel like he'd feel really depraved and not even know why. It's not until you walk in through his door that he figures it out. He'd immediately run over and cling to you, be it ruffling your hair or scooping you up in a hug. He's just gotta be close to you.

I see Schlatt as being the kind of guy whose love language is receiving gifts. This language gets a bad rep for seeming selfish, but honestly it's not the sort of gift that makes Schlatt happy, it's the thought that goes into it. You'll most likely find him coming home with your favorite pastry in his hand because he saw it and thought of you. He'd happily give you the clothes off his back without you asking, he's always looking for something kind to give to his partner.
Likewise, Schlatt absolutely adores little gifts with purposes. He still has the first anniversary card you gave him because he likes to read the note you wrote inside. The mug you bought him as a joke on your third date thrifting?? It's in his kitchen cupboard. Little momentos make him happy.

Karl's love language is physical touch. He is the clingiest mother honker on the planet. It's actually adorable. Unlike George, Karl is 100% aware that he's always touching you. Whether it's laying in your lap while you edit a video, or hanging over your shoulders when you're chatting with your friends, this guy cannot stay away. He almost feels a little nervous when you're in the same room and not holding hands or something.
It's definitely a comfort thing for him, he's always been this way with his buddies as well. Even before you guys were dating he was all over you. Your friends make fun of you guys a lot. They call him whipped and things like that, but you both know whose really the initiating all the lack-of-personal-space.
