......
"Heya Sammy"

Said Dean, smiling kindly as he turned around to see Sam standing there, a gladdened smile on his face.
He'd just made his way to heaven, his last memory of his son Dean sitting beside him on the bed. Named after his beloved big brother. His last words to him being "it's okay dad, you can go now." That's the last thing Sam remembered before he got here. Now he stood behind his brother, Dean.

"Dean"

Sam replied, a happy grin on his face as his brother, Dean, stood before him. Just as Sam remembered.

Dean closed the gap between them with a brotherly hug. He'd missed his baby brother. Even though for Dean their separation had only been 5 minutes, for Sam it'd been the rest of his life, up to his death. A death of old age of all things. The only thing Dean wished for his brother, to live a full life.

Sam wrapped his arms around Dean happily, glad to be back with him. It hadn't been the same without Dean. He'd missed him every single minute they were apart. It had always been them, the dynamic duo. But he'd respected Dean's last dying wish and lived the rest of his life and never stopped fighting. Fighting for what he wanted. Fighting for life.

They broke the hug and walked up to the rail of the bridge, Dean putting his arm around Sam's shoulder. He admired his brother, glad to be reunited with him once more. It made him truly happy.

Heaven was better now.

With Sam by his side once more.

Two brothers.

Sam and Dean.

Winchester brothers.

The sun shined on them, lighting up the heavenly world around them. The glossy water of the river glistening in the sunlight. The trees vividly green and awake with life. Heaven was the most beautiful place they had ever seen.

They smiled and watched the clouds drift across the sky. Birds flew overhead, chirping happily as they flew by.
