Chapter 1.

"MAYA get up". Maya's mom called from the other room. "your going to be late".

"I checked the clock it was 8:16". My school starts at 8:40 and knowing myself I take pretty long getting dressed in the morning, I mean I had to do my hair my makeup find my outfit take a shower ugh.

I tried to rush today I got up as soon as possible I knew taking a shower was gonna make make time to by to I just took a wash up after that I washed m face then did my makeup.

I went to my room throwing clothes after clothes trying to find out what I was wearing I look in my closet to see my pink shorts I took those out with my black converse a white tank top and my jean jacket.

I curled my hair also and went downstairs to eat I ate a banana which was ok I guess.

Maya's phone rings!!!

Maya- "hello"?

Tris- "were the hell are you omg class has already started".

Maya- "sorry! I was running late, I'm driving to school right now".

Tris- "ok but you will not believe there is a new guy and he is hot!!".

Maya- "really ouh la la"

Tris- "well bye I gotta go the teachers getting mad".

I pulled up to my school which was degrassi I got out my car and started rushing to my class I hate being late because everyone stares at you, but hey this is high school.

I walked in my class seeing everyone and they all turn to look at me.

Maya- "um sorry I'm late I had".

The teacher cut me off and said "ok we really don't care maya there's a new student we would like you to meet, miles maya, maya miles".

I looked at tris before looking at miles knowing this was the hot new student.

I looked at miles and started blushing he looked me up and down and said "well maya there's and extra spot next to me why won't you sit here".

Maya- "uh ok".

I sat down next to him and looked at him it was a awkward stare but I couldn't help but looking into his eyes, tris was right he is perfect.

That's when the bell hung
Miles- "I guess I'll see you around maya".

Maya- "i guess I'll see you around to miles".

We both looked at each other and smiled then we went out of class.
