"MIZUKI-CHAAAN!!!"

"WELCOME BACK! WE MISSED YOUUUU!" Both Izumo and Kotetsu cheers out loudly as they spot a very familiar team not too far away from them.

"Move it, Idiot!" Izumo groans out, pushing Kotetsu off of his seat as he makes his way to the main gates of Koniha with a bright smile.

"Yah! You could've just told me than pushing me! Asshole!" Kotetsu barks out in annoyance, standing from the ground with an angered look.

"I-Izumo-San! Kotetsu-San!" Mizuki cheers out happily as she watch the two grown up men pushing each other in the entrance of the gate.

"Ah, two adults who's supposed to be protecting the gates of Koniha is having a petty fight" Kakashi hums in amusement, watching the two shout at each other.

"You're an adult, but have the mentality of a child" Sasuke shots out, looking up at Kakashi with a smirk. Kakashi couldn't help but glare at the younger Uchiha, having the urge to yeet him out of this fanfiction.

"And you're a Tsundere!" Kakashi argues with a glare, causing everyone in the team to stop a little and chuckle at his sudden outburst. Sasuke turning red in embarrassment then glared at Kakashi, punching him in the side.

"Don't worry, Tsundere. It was obvious since the beginning" Naruto chuckles, giving the embarrassed Sasuke a pat on the back while holding Mizuki's hand in his other hand.

"I hate you all" Sasuke deadpan, as they walk closer and closer to Konoha.

The lively hustles and bustles of the Village can be heard from their distance, the laughs and chatters of villagers nearby can be heard as well as they see Izumo and Kotetsu giving them a welcoming wave.

"How was your mission?"

"It's been a while since I saw you guys!" 

Both of them asked with a bright smile as the team stop in front of them. Mizuki couldn't help but breathe out in relief, couldn't belive that they were able to get back to Konoha in three full days of non-stop walking.

" It was very eventful" Kakashi replies with a short laugh, rubbing the back of his head to release some tension on his neck.

"Seems like you guys need a lot of rest!" Izumo says with a laugh as he observes the very drained team and an excited Mizuki along with her brother.

"Everyday, Kiba, Shikamaru and Choji would come here and ask us if you guys are back or not. I guess they missed you guys a lot!" Kotetsu explains with a laugh, causing the siblings to giggle in response.

"I'm sure they were referring it to Mizuki and Naruto" Kakashi says with a smile before yawning a little, even though they just woke up six hours ago. He's pretty sure that he'll collapse on his bed, the moment he sees it.

(I would love to be the bed ;> )

"Alright! Since you guys are probably very tired, we'll let you enter and go home to rest!" Izumo says with a smile as both of them moves away so the team can pass with no worries.

"I-I'll come back later!" Mizuki exclaims at them as Team 7 distance themselves from the two gate keepers.

"We'll be waiting!" The two says with a loud voice to make sure that Mizuki can hear their response.
