-3rd Person-

As the first rays of sunshine finally peeks though the horizon, the four boys that is contained in the room immediately shots up from their positions, looking at each other with a  small glare before rushing towards the main door of the room.

"Move away, Fatass!" Naruto screams out with a tired groan while pushing Sasuke away from the dorm frame. Only to be ran over by Kiba, who fell on top of the two.

"Get away, Dog breath!" Sasuke exclaims in annoyance while struggling to pull himself out of the stack, only for Choji to jump on top of them and sat there in silence.

"I-I CAN'T BREATHE" Naruto chokes out while turning blue from the lack of oxygen while slowly crawling out.

"HEY! I WANT TO SEE MY SISTER! GET OFF YOUR IDIOTS!" Naruto screams out in annoyance as he finally pulls himself out of the pile and quickly jogged his way through the empty halls of the hospital.

The four boys wasn't really able to sleep through the rest of the night since they were too anxious and scared for Mizuki. They just sat there in silence, looking at each other and maybe flipping each other off with their middle fingers as well.

It was a rather peaceful evening for them as they wait for the sun to rise. Every one's in a while, the man with black hair and blue eyes would check to see if they are asleep or not. Updating them on how much time is left before the operation is finally finished.

"Is the operation finished?" Naruto anxiously asks as he approach the two adults in caution, scared if he'll see the shadow again or not. It was pretty terrifying.

"It's about to be finished. Why don't you go and freshen up yourself so that you can look a bit more presentable to Alex and the others? You have to thank her for saving your sister. She even sacrificed her sleep just for the two days operation" He says with a hum while looking down at the very anxious Naruto.

Frowning a little as the adult observes the facial expression of the thirteen years old kid in front of him. He can smell the fear of loss radiating from him and be can relate to that.

So many things needs to be explained but maybe not now at least. Who are these foreigners and what are they doing here? Who is this black haired man and what does he do? And why is he with a crazy woman who self proclaims to be the aunt of Mizuki and Naruto? And who is the man with orange hair as well?

All these things needs tk be explained but with the limited time in their hands, they couldn't just introduce themselves as simple as they want it to be.

"....Mizuki is okay....right?" Naruto fearfully asks while looking up ag the man with pleading eyes as he clenched both of his hands, forming it into fists. Scared.

The man couldn't help but smile a little at the scared boy and then placed his hand on top of his head with a gentle pat.

"I'm sure that she's going to be okay. Alex can do miracles" He says with a reassuring tone and smile before patting his head a couple more times.

"Now go freshen up" He says, twirling his index finger to let Naruto turn around and go to the toilet of his room.

The blonde older brother couldn't help but quietly nod and quickly jogged his way back to the noisy group. The man watching him go further and further.

"Huh, it reminds me of you and Alex" He says while lightly elbowing the side of the younger brother of Alex.

"Yeah, except Naruto is actually nice to his sister" The younger brother replies with a slight shiver as an image of Alex suddenly pops up inside his mind, giggling evilly with a syringe in her hands.
