Being Drista's Best Friend

Chapter 1

1:00 PM

"Hey Y/N!"
"Hey Drista!"
"What you doing?"
"Playing Minecraft, what about you?"
"I'm getting ready to go to my cousins birthday party."
"Oh! Have fun!"
"Hey Y/N! I have a question."
"Yes?"
"You wanna come over next week for Spring Break?"
"Yes! Of course I will!"
"Ok! I'll tell my mom. I got to go. Talk to you later!"
"Ok! Bye Drista! Have fun!"
"I will! Bye!"

Y/N POV

As I hung up the phone, I sighed. I had to go to the store today after I finish playing Minecraft. I was playing on my favorite world: Butterfly Bliss. It's my survival world. Today I was working on getting the perfect sword. I got all the levels to enchant, got netherite, and made the sword. I got the perfect enchants! Sharpness V, Mending, Unbreaking III, Looting III, and Knockback II! I decided to name it Heavenly Knife.

"Y/N! Let's go!"
"I'm coming mom!"

I shut off my pc, grabbed my phone, ran down the stairs, put on my hoodie, and ran out the door. I hopped in the car and started scrolling through Twitter. I came across a tweet that said:

@Dream
I will be streaming manhunt tomorrow @4:00 PM EST. Stay tuned!

I happily smiled, because Dream was my favorite youtuber and streamer.

(skip to after the store)

As I walked into my room, I saw a package in my bed. I walked over and saw that it was my Dream merch! "Finally! It came!" I exclaimed. I opened the package and looked at it, satisfied. It was awesome. I had ordered it 2 weeks ago. I got the green Dream smile hoodie. I tried it on and it fit perfectly!

4:00 PM

"Hello?"
"Hey Y/N!"
"Hey Drista! How was the party?"
"It was good. I had a lot of fun."
"That's good! What did you do?"
"I rode go-karts, played mini-golf, and played a bunch of arcade games!"
"That sounds so fun!"
"It was. So my mom said that you can come over on Monday and stay all week since we don't have school."
"Ok! Sounds good. I'll let my mom know!"
"Ok! I'll talk to you later!"
"Ok bye Drista!"
"Bye Y/N!"

I ran down the stairs to tell my mom what's happening. "Hey mom! I'm going to Drista's on Monday and staying all week. Is that ok?" "Yeah. That's fine. You are 14 now. You should be able to make certain decisions on your own. You have to figure out the ride situation though. I'm not figuring it out." "Ok mom! Thanks!" "No problem Y/N!" I ran back up to my room. I turned on my pc and loaded up Minecraft. I was gonna speedrun today. I created a new world, and I spawned in a desert. Perfect! I ran over to some trees nearby and started to break the logs with my fist. I got 7 logs and then ran to the nearby desert villige. There was a blacksmith! Inside the blacksmith chest I got an iron pickaxe, 3 diamonds, 2 pieces of obsidian, an iron chestplate, and a few pieces of iron. I got all the beds, got some hay bales for food, and killed the iron golem. I got 4 iron. I placed a crafting table, made a bucket, and ran over to a lake and got water. I also made a diamond axe with my 3 diamonds. There was gravel there so I went ahead and got flint.

(skip ahead 2 minutes)

As I was searching for a lava pool, I found a ruined portal. I got a golden apple, gold boots, and 5 pieces of gold. There were also 2 gold blocks so I got mined them and turned them into ingots. There were also 16 iron nuggets but I left them in the chest.

(skip ahead to about a minute later)

I finally found a lava pool! I quickly made a nether portal like Dream and made it into the nether at 4:49. Luckily, to make up for time loss looking for a lava pool, I spawned in the fortress! I quickly gathered 7 blaze rods and ran to the crimson forest biome that was right next to the fortress to trade with piglins. It wasn't looking good. I had already used up almost all of my gold, and I only had 8 ender pearls. I needed 12. This was my last piece of gold. I gave the gold to the piglin. What is it gonna give me? 4 ender pearls! That's the exact amount that I needed! I finally got out of the nether at 9:13. I turned the blaze rods into blaze powder and turned the ender pearls to eyes of ender. Now I needed to find the stronghold. I threw an eye of ender and it went south. I started to head that direction.

(skip ahead to when you find the stronghold)

I finally found the stronghold. It was in the ocean. I was roaming the hallways trying to find the portal room! About 2 minutes later, I found it. It was a 2 eye. I had just the right amount of eyes of ender. I put them into the portal frame and hopped into the end at 14:32. I spawned in the floor of the end so I mined out and started destroying the end crystals. After that I used all 9 beds and one-cycled the dragon! I looked in the chat and saw Y/N [Free the End]. I hopped into the portal at 19:52. Sub 20! I did it! I decided that I was done playing Minecraft today so I scrolled through Twitter.

6:45 PM

"Y/N come eat dinner!"
"Coming dad!"

(skip to after dinner)

I was bored so I just layed in my bed and watched some of Dream's stream. I eventually fell asleep around 10:45, after his stream had ended.
