"And now we present before you our ring master with the newest member of our troupe, 'Mojo-the little clown'", said the attractive lady anchor of our 'Super Circus'.

Dressed in a colorful outfit, wearing an outlandish wig and distinctive makeup, it was hard for me to recognize myself.

Not to forget those stupid footwear, I so hated it. I was hell nervous as i was too young to be a joker. My rehearsals were not going well at all. Mr. Vipin spent hours teaching me the art to juggle. Destiny pushed me to the world which was so not meant for me.

During the final rehearsal, Mr. Vipin had said-"Don't worry i will be there by your side all through the show. Just make sure that you don't panic. Trust your guts boy, you'll do well. "But his words were not enough to gear me up. I had never faced the crowd before. I knew it was going to be tough.

After my name got announced, i stood at the backstage, busy taking a deep breath that suddenly Mr. Vipin pushed me straight away on the stage. My entry itself became an outstanding start of the show. The hall roared with applauses. I was dumbstruck for a moment. But then slowly when the crowd started cheering-"Mojo, Mojo, Mojo...Mojo, I decided to begin the juggling act.

While Mr. Vipin juggled with great finesse, I kept dropping balls quite a few times. I pretended dodging the balls deliberately, this stupid trick of mine made the crowd laugh even harder. After an hour, my portion of the act ended, while the others continued with their performance. The show was a winner. It received a great response.

But Mr. Vipin never looked so overjoyed. I kept guessing the reason behind his behavior but never came to any conclusion.

"Is he jealous of the attention that i received or is he upset with my mediocre performance?" these were the two questions that ruled my mind at that moment.

After reaching home, Mr. Vipin enquired-"Kid, are you comfortable working as a clown, or do you want to switch to something better."

I replied-"No sir, I am glad that you gave me this opportunity. I don't want any better, I am all happy."

He said-"I hope so."

I hated myself for thinking so wrong about this kind soul all this while.

He switched off the light of my rusty room wishing me goodnight. He dozed off quickly as the day had been quite hectic.

On the other hand, I stayed all night awake, counting the stars, missing my lovely mother, wondering whether she is happy in the heaven or not.
