Melo omniscient.

"Son wake up you have training in a hour." Lavar, Melos dad, said as he knocked on Melos door a couple times. Melo groaned and rolled over looking at the time that read 6:00 am. He had a late night at Alicias and didn't make it back home to 3 am. Getting up he ran his hand through his wild curly hair. He made a mental note to get his cousin to finger coil it later this week.

In the bathroom as he brushed his teeth he stared at the exhausted figure that stared back at him. Not only was he tired physically but emotionally as well. Everyone think that Melos life is all peaches and cream since he has money and a lot of opportunities. Although, on the inside Melo those things do not make his life perfect.

He holds the stress of being told what to do every five minutes. It seems as if everyone is watching his every move and if he messes up he will never hear the end of. He loves his father but he doesn't acknowledge the fact that Melo is old enough to decide what's best for himself. On top of all that his mother, Tina, had a stroke a couple years back which affected her speech. Melo could go to his mom for everything, and of course he still can but it will be  a long time before she would be able to give him advice like she used too. At the end of the day he was just happy she was still alive and getting stronger everyday.  All that frustration shows daily in the form of him being a asshole.

After getting ready he was quickly out the door and heading into his training session. Around 9:00 he was done and finishing his last cool downs.

"Aye Melo when the last time you seen  Zo?" his trainer Marcus asked.

"Man I think like 3 weeks ago. Him and Denise trying to work it out I guess so he's busy kissing her white ass."

"Man why you so tough on that girl?" Marcus replied chuckling.

"Im not tough on shit. That bitch tried to get on Instagram live and front like my brother don't take care of his daughter so she can get some attention with her gold digging ass. The only reason I tolerate her is because of my niece." he said wiping  the sweat off of his forehead. They tiredly walked out of the small gym.

"Alright man I'll see you next week, be easy." Marcus said dapping him.

"Fasho, you too big dog." Melo replied as he hopped into his car. His mind shifted to Kehlani, for some reason he couldn't get his mind off of her. Though he would never admit it she was perfect to him. The way she carried herself, her intelligence, shyness, and goofiness all made him want her. He didn't like that so he pushed her away. His phone rang pulling him away from his thoughts.

"Happy Birthday Nigga" Melo said laughing as he answered the phone and was face to face with a tired looking Jamal.

"Preciate it "

"So what you got planned for tonight?"

"I don't know probably drink some henny and have a threesome."he said yawning. Melo started laughing as he saw a small hand hit the back of Jamals head.

"Stop all that lying boi." he heard a voice say from behind Jamal, he automatically knew it was his twin sister Jamila.

"Nigga why are you in my room in my bed, I can say what I want to say."

"You're bed is more comfortable and I want to play 2k." she said smiling.  Jamal mugged the hell out of her as he rubbed his head.

"Mila my guy happy birthday." Melo said as he made the turn onto his street.

"Thanks Melo." she replied as she concentrated on the game.

"Anyways we are having a small kickback tonight, it starts at 11."
