Writer~San: Oh my gosh, it's been a few months but 100 views!!! (;w;) I did not expect to have that many people read my story, thanks so much! I hope you've been enjoying it so far. The reason I haven't been able to post is because I'm graduating and so of course I had to work on school. I also started an etsy shop in September so I've been busy with that. I know some of you have been waiting for a new part so here it is..

(~Mutt's POV Still + Time Skip~)

Y/N and I have been hanging out in the cave for the afternoon. The more we hung out, the more she started to open up. Talking, joking around, asking me more questions, or laughing at the sound of her own voice echoing off the cavern's walls. I knew I had to go out and face my brother but I shouldn't leave her here alone. My thoughts are cut short when I heard a familiar voice shouting outside. Y/N heard it too, I watched as she tilted her head to the side and looked around confusedly. The shouting got closer, sounding way more loud and furious than I originally thought, "You useless dog, making me search THE ENTIRE UNDERGROUND for you! I should've left you for dead!" I felt my fear grow as I recognized it to be Sans' voice, my bones starting to shake.

'He found me. I thought this place was hidden.'

He is REALLY mad. I heard his footsteps come closer and I know I'm running out of time. Y/N was getting concerned, she sat up straight, "Who is that?" Honestly, my mind was racing and I was so panicked, I couldn't find a way to answer her. My soul went into panic mode, tensing up as if someone had grabbed it and started to crush it in their hands. I lost composure, breathing faster almost to the point of hyperventilating.

'What do I do? What can I do? He's coming! HE'S OUTSIDE!!'

My breakdown and inability to answer her caused Y/N to panic too, "Papyrus, who is that?!" Having no more options at this point, I firmly grabbed her, "D-Don't c-c-come out, understand? P-Promise me you w-w-won't leave..!" Before she could process the sentence and respond, I heard my brother spawn a blaster outside the cavern's boulder door, "YOU UNGRATEFUL MUTT!! I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE! I'M GIVING YOU TO THE COUNT OF ONE."

(~Your POV~)

In the blink of an eye, Papyrus disappeared into thin air.

'WHERE?! Where did he go?! He did it again!'

The only reason I can imagine is teleportation but I've only ever seen things like that in video games kids play. It's not physically possible. Yet, in the myths people used to tell, they would exaggerate that monsters had special abilities. Of course, they would only scare you by saying that. The moral of the stories always ended up being that if you didn't obey your parents or do your chores, monsters would find you and eat you up... or something like that.

'Old children's stories are completely off topic. Whatever is going on and whoever is standing out there, it's not good.'

Listening closely, I heard the unknown person growl, "Leaving your post. Trying to run away. You disgust me, actually thinking I wouldn't know you hide out here. You made me embarrass myself in front of EVERYONE because I had to take the day off to look for my disobedient, and useless brother." I had no idea what was going on outside, and being closed off in here made it hard to hear the conversation. Out of curiosity, I quietly stood up and crept closer to the closed entrance. Thankfully, that works and I'm able to hear much better.

'Who the heck is this guy?'

It shocked me when I heard Papyrus mumble timidly, "I k-know. I'm v-very s-s-sorry M'lord."

'HOLD UP- He's talking to his BROTHER?! From the way this conversation is going, this dude is HORRIBLE.'

I fought the urge to scream out, tell him to go be a jerk somewhere else. Heck, maybe even go jump off a building and see if I care. However, with how he was behaving and the fact that I knew nothing about monsters and what they could do to me, I kept my mouth shut.

I heard a large impact of something falling or being thrown onto the snow, my only guess is that it was Papyrus or his brother, whatever his actual name might be. The jerk's tone darkened as he snarled, "Have you not learned anything? Must I break another bone in your dumb body?! No matter what I do, you never LISTEN." It went silent for a few minutes, for a moment I questioned if they were even still there. Then, I heard his brother ask, "Which do you think is a suitable punishment? No food for a month or a broken arm." Finally, I heard Papyrus speak again, still as timid as before, "My o-opinion doesn't matter, s-sir.." ... "Hm, so it seems that you do remember some of the things I taught you-" I heard a rash, sickening crack followed by Barb screaming. I cover my mouth and feel my heart drop at the sound. Stumbling backwards from the shock of the situation, I fall to my knees on the hard rock floor. I just sat there as Papyrus' screams turned into sobbing. As a final warning, his brother fussed, "Never do this AGAIN.. Now come on, there's a nice cold floor waiting for you in the shed."

Writer~San: We got it to over 1000 words so I'm going to cut it off here for now. It seems super short but I've been sitting here for a few hours and I have to eat dinner at some point. Again, I am so sorry that it took me so long to continue and hopefully I can start getting back to putting chapters up regularly. (=w= '')
