"episode eight - dreamland"
TYLER, RICK AND I ARE ALL IN RICK'S ROOM WHEN HE CANCELS OUR PLANS. I did noticed Rick was a little bit off during breakfast when the boiler man arrived. I'm unsure why though.
"But we've had this planned for ages" Tyler complains as Rick ties up his shoes.
"I know, I know"
"You and Mads promised you'd go with me"
"And now something has come up"
I frown "What is it? Do you need with it?"
"No" Rick replies rather bluntly not even looking in my direction.
"Fine! Have it your way" Tyler tells him "Im going to speak to Mike"
"No!" Rick panics adding to my confusion "Tyler i'll explain everything to you and Maddie later but I just really need you to cover for me right now. It's important"
Rick leaves the room and Tyler collapses on the bed next to me. "There's something wrong with your boyfriend"
I laugh at his remark "He's not my boyfriend"
Tyler whips his head round to me "What?"
"He just hasn't asked that yet"
"Why?"
"Tyler I am not having this conversation with you" I laugh as i shove him off the bed.
"Well if he's not your boyfriend does that give us permission to follow him?"
I smirk at Tyler on the floor "Hell yeah"
Tyler and I quickly stand up and begin to race down the stairs but making sure will be hidden from Rick as he walks out the front door. I look at Tyler and signal him to follow as we walk out the driveway.
We keep following Rick until we get into a park.
"What is he doing" I mumble
Tyler grabs my hand to make sure I'm still following "I have no idea"
We see Rick sit down on a bench with this random man.
"Who do you think that is?" I ask Tyler only for him to place his hand over my mouth to stop me talking.
"i missed you son" "i missed you too"
Tyler and I turned to each other with our eyes wide. Rick was sat having a conversation with the boiler man. Aka Ricks criminal dad.
Rick and his dad get up and start moving until they reach a cafe where they sit as they order drinks. Tyler and i keep walking around to try and get a better look as their drinks arrive.
