"you may think that you're not worth paying attention to but i think the exact opposite," suna began as he gave you an unknown look. "you're a mystery that i want to uncover l/n."

as those words had escaped the boys lips you couldn't help but allow your eyes to widen.

you were truly flabbergasted.

'a mystery he wants to uncover?' what had he meant by that exactly you couldn't help but think.

did he know of the heartbreak and lies you had experienced and wanted to figure you out from there?

but on the other hand just the way suna had been treating you ever since your encounter told you otherwise.

"i think we should go back to the gym," his voice had snapped you out of your unwavering thoughts. glancing to the boy he had outstretched his hand gesturing for you to accept his hold.

reluctantly you grabbed it, suna helping you jump off the table, his grip only tightening to make sure that you had escaped the dazed feeling.

"are you alright or do you need me to hold your hand just in case?" his eyebrow rose in question as his eyes roamed your body.

just his stare had sent shivers down your spine causing you to give him a quick head shake before pulling your hand out of his hold.

he gave you an odd look in response before turning on his heel towards the door.

with his attention away from you, you let out a small breath as if almost trying to calm you down.

'his touch just felt so right' your inner thoughts spoke out as the two of you began your way back to the gym.

having these sort of thoughts bugged you to say the least as you didn't want yourself to feel any sort of way towards someone you barely knew.

so you only tried your best in keeping your attention to the halls ignoring the gaze you felt from the boy once in a while.

entering the gym side by side suna give you one more look before walking towards the boys who's eyes were already set on the two of you.

ignoring their stares you began walking towards sato who's attention was on the team, particularly suna.

what had surprised you was when you noticed that the girl emitted a different energy than before. you couldn't tell what it was till she noticed you a huge smile on her face.

"are you alright l/n-chan?!" sato ran towards you inspecting your nose that had swelled a bit from the hit.

"yeah i'm fine nothing too big," you sent her a reassuring smile in response.

"what did suna do to help?" she asked as the two of you walked back towards the centre of the court sidelines.

"he just got me ice is all," you truthfully told her before your eyes wavered to your camera a curse spewing quietly out of your mouth.
