Okay guys, so before you read ahead, just take a minute to read this... please.
First, I want to apologize deeply for not updating sooner. School has been hectic, I've been really busy with choosing high schools, and courses and all that, and honestly, I've been in a writing slump.
I had days where I would sit in front of my computer screen and just stare at it, blank faced. But thank you to those who stuck by me until now.
But I am pleased to announce that I am back up and running! I've got ideas everywhere, and I need to give a HUGE thank you to my friends Erica (erica_armata) and Michael for helping me create ideas for this chapter and many to come! Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
So I hope you guys enjoy this chapter, and again, I am deeply sorry for the wait.
Enjoy demigods!
(I'm also sorry this ones kinda short & sucky)
>>Leo's POV<<
Schist.
Schist.
Schist.
Schist.
My mind had clouded over with rage, fury, and disappointment. This demonic titan had thrown my Calypso over the edge, and i just wanted to haul so much fire at him he'd sizzle to a crisp. A gods-darn crisp.
"Percy, it's water down there, do something!" Hazel yelled with slight hesitation. Over the past few weeks that Calypso's been at camp, she's developed an amazing friendship with Annabeth, Piper, and Hazel... even this girl Vanessa, and her friends Cozy, Joshua, and Alessia. I know her friends will be saddened by this, and I won't let that happen. My eyes were getting blurry with tears, but I held them back. No Leo, you will not do this to yourself. Stop it this instant. I could almost hear my mom's voice ringing in my ears. My mom... the tears were coming again.
Leo, seriously? Your Leo Valdez, super sized mcshizzle, bad boy supreme. You can't cry. I almost laughed at the thought. Almost laughed. You know, when your standing in front of an all-powerful titan, you really have no... well... ba-bang to laugh.
Percy stood there in a panic. "Guys... this is another titans domain, not my dads. I can't do anything. I'm sorry." he choked out. Jason tried flying down there to catch her, but it was no use, she was already submerged into the depths of the calm waters. I could've saved her. I could've stopped all of this when I had the chance. But no.
Because I'm to stupid.
Well, not completely stupid.
"Jason, fly down there, see if you can spot her." I ran up to Jason and told him, praying that he would find something. He went down almost immediately while Atlas just laughed in our faces.
"You stupid demigods, you will never find her, those waters are poisoned with the blood of Cerberus himself. There is absolutely no chance that the son of Jupitor and ignorant son of Poseidon can-"
"Ignorant? I'll show you ignorant you little-" Percy was cut off by Annabeth, whose 'mother mode' seemed to kick in.
"Perseus."
"Fine." I ignored them, then heard Nico muttering something to himself in Italian, something which I didn't comprehend. I slowly approached him, being careful not to ruin his train of thought. "Hey Nico, what's wrong?" Hey looked at me wickidly, the bags under his eyes were darker than usual.
