Ch 8; we're going on a quest!

<Leo's POV>

As I was walking Calypso to dinner, I realized something... the four demigods had no one to sail them.

But couldn't Percy just use his water powers to send them? My concience spoke.

NOPE!

I must have been smiling like an idiot, because Calypso was staring at me.

She cocked an eyebrow "Um, you okay?"

"Huh? Oh, yeah, yeah I'm fine"

"okaaaaay then"

"I'm going to talk to my friends.''

She kissed me on the cheek and strut off.

I watched her gorgeous figure walk...

Mine.

She was all mine.

<Calypso's POV>

"Hey guys!" I waved to my friends.

OH YEAH!  I forgot to mention; I made some new friends.

Vanessa Mayflower, Daughter of Apollo... Alessia Abbott, Daughter of Aphrodite... Joshua Martinez, Son of Dionysus... and Cozy "I-Don't-Know-Her-Last-Name", Daughter of Ares.

Ya ya, I know what your thinking...

Daughter of Aphrodite? She's super nice and nothing like that annoying butt-head Drew.

Daughter of Ares? Looks like Clarisse, but prettier. (Don't tell Clarisse,she'll kill me) But she's super nice!

"Hey Calypso." They all greeted me in unison.

A girl came sprinting towards us, panting her head off.

Cozy.

"Hey guys. Did I miss anything?" she asked.

"Not a thing." I replied, "But I do have some news."

"What?" Josh asked oh-so-desperately.

"Well, I may be going on a quest soon!" I said with both excitement and despair.

"Oh my gods, really?" chided Vanessa.

"PARTY ON DA BOAT!" Josh screamed.

" No, Josh, your not going", Alessia turned to me, "right."

I lightly chuckled. "No, sorry, but I'm going with Percy, Annabeth, and Nico. The prophecy said I could only take three demigods, so-"

"Nico? Nico Diangelo? The death kid?" Cozy interupted.

"Yeah, why not? He's helpful and strong, plus, he's kinda cute." I responded.

"OH.MY. GODS!" Alessia screamed.

This Aphrodite thing was gonna take alot of getting used to, and she just recently got claimed.

"SQUEEEEE!!" She flew into the air, and pink sparkles flew around her.

"YOU LIKE NIC-" She belched.

I clamped my hand over my mouth almost instantly.

"Holy Hera, Alessia, calm down. I meant cute in like a brotherly kind of way. Plus, I'm dating Leo."

"Ugh, gotta go guys." Vanessa groaned. "someone in the infirmary isn't doing very well, I gotta go sing to them. Adios!" And she ran off.

After she left, I looked at Josh.
