Chapter 13

•Spencer POV•

Toby parked the car right outside the grill while I was shaking in fear and nervousness; I didn't sleep at all last night going through the worst possible case scenarios that could take place. This is my twin sister that I'm about to meet. It's a big moment that people don't really understand. It's like a feeling when your picked to go to the Olympics, your so excited and nervous that you want to throw up.

"Are you ready?" Toby said tapping my hand.

I looked at him nervously, "Hey don't worry! you'll be fine, and I promise you your dad want come a mile close to you.

I squeezed his hand tightly, "Lets do this."

I opened the car door and went right back to Toby's hand when I reached the sidewalk.

I was wearing a Kate Spade navy and silver chevron skirt with navy leggings. a white southern-style blouse, London Fog long trench coat, Tori Burch 4' grey boots, my 'S' necklace, and MK purse.

As we entered the grill, there I saw her. Bright as the sun; the brown hair and just her entire body looked like mine other than the blue eyes and of coarse, being pregnant.

I started to tear up as she walked toward me and took me in a tight grasp. I hugged her back crying with happy tears.

As we pulled away I could see a couple tears dripping from her gorgeous blue eyes.

She had on St.Johns bay skinny jeans, by+by white and green top, Bastille 6' green wedges, and Nordstrom blue trench coat+ Chanel handbag.

"Hi Spencer! I'm so happy I finally get to meet my sister!" I laughed.

"Same here Hazel, I've been so nervous about this moment." I said embarrassingly.

"I know same here, I can't believe how much you look like me! Except for the belly!" we both laughed.

"And the eyes!" I replied as we kept giggling. I noticed the man next to her.

"This is Josh by the way, my boyfriend," He held out his hand and I kindly shook it.

"Very nice to meet you Spencer. Hazel couldn't stop talking about you." I looked over shyly.

"Well what do you expect Josh! She's my," she grabbed my hand,"sister."

I smiled back at her while gripping her hand tightly.

She looked over at Toby and gave him a hug and him and Josh shook hands.

"Listen, me and Toby will be back in like 3 hours, see you then?"

I shrugged,"Your not gonna stay?" I asked.

"Nah, we though you could use some sisterly bonding time," we laughed, "Okay then, see you later!"

They came over and kissed us practically at the same time and out the door on they were on I'm guessing Josh's motorcycle.

"So I'm guessing Josh bikes too?" I asked.

"Haha yeah, he did a bunch of derby bike competitions in middle and high school, but he had a bad accident last year and broke his skull with a bad concussion plus a broke leg, so he quit that so now he just bikes for fun." Hazel explained.

"Wow, were you scared?" I asked.

"Oh yes, I was very worried. We have a... I mean, been through a lot so yeah I was really scared, but I'm so glad he made it." she said back.

"I totally understand. When A, I mean when someone unscrewed the bolts on Toby's lift for his construction sight 2 years ago, and when he was in a car accident a couple months ago, he was in pretty rough shape."

"Who's A?" she asked.

I froze, "No one, I don't even know why I said that." she shrugged, "Oh ok." I know there still out there looking for me, I didn't want to put her in any danger.

Then I got a text.

Good save Spence! Next time I see, you'll here from me.

"Everything okay Spencer? You look nervous."

I looked up, "Oh yeah totally, it's was just my friends and how much they really want to meet you."

"Oh haha, now I feel stupid!" I laughed with her,

"Don't worry, I'm stupid sometimes too" I said.

"Not! Mom told me all about you! I hope your ok with me calling her mom?"

I smiled, "Of coarse I'm ok with it! she's equally your mom! You have your right!"

We spent the rest of the evening talking about Rosewood High, where she will be finishing her Senior year, Hanna, Aria, Emily, and Ali, Alison's daughter, Mona, the baby, my parents Divorce, and etc.

"Can I get a ride? Since Josh kinda took ours?" I laughed, "Yes, of corse you can have a ride.

I gave her the tour of Rosewood then we headed to the barn since we still had half an hour till the boys got done with whatever they're doing.

As we walked into the barn Hazel spoke up.

"Hey Spence?" she asked.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"So I don't mean to drop a bomb or anything, but, i thought you need to know this right away." I nodded.

"I had a sister, Lanie, from my adopted family, and we were so close," we sat down on my bed. "She also made the mistake of being pregnant at 16, I gasped. "So I kinda know what your going through."

"When she was in labor, her heart stopped and she died." I saw a tear drop and I put my hand on her shoulder.

"The baby was saved and he was born, but there was one flaw,"

"What was it?" I asked.

"Well, on Lanie's will, it said,

"When I die, give my child to my sister Hazel Rose Brooks."

I looked at her, "Spence, I have a baby of my own, Daniel Zayn Grayson."

HELLO YOU LOVELY SPOBIANS! IM SO SO SO SORRY I HAVENT UPDATED IN LIKE A MONTH! I feel really bad, but it's been a really rough month and I'm freaking out because I get my high school acceptance letter in like 2 weeks😬

I WILL UPDATE SOON! I'm really excited now that I'm past the basics!
