"guh-guys, do you think it'll be awkward?" bill asked, sitting on an office chair with his knees up to his chest.
"dude, you broke up two weeks ago. bev's no bitch, she'll be fine." richie answered, crossing his arms.
mike shuffled further back on the bed he was sitting on, "yeah, she'll talk to ben the whole time." he watched bill lovingly.
richie raised his eyebrows at stanley as a message, despite the two of them right next to each other. stanley giggled.
"so, wh-whuh-when are we doing it? it's gotta be a c-cluh-cluh-cluh-clear night."
"bill we said saturday 2 minutes ago," stan said softly. bill nodded.
"oh yeah, haha."
"bill, how small is your brain? "
"shut up r-richie. very small. very very s-smuh-small."
"y'know, i'm actually pretty excited to stargaze, guys," mike smiled and richie had to too.
"it's fun stuff when you can, y'know, see the sky." richie replied, sliding closer to stanley and innocuously slipping an arm around stan's waist.
richie seemed to think something, zoning out staring at the ground.
" 'you a method actor, rich?" stanley asked jokingly, richie coming back to life.
bill and mike were engrossed in their own conversation, and stan had asked the question rather quietly.
"hm?"
"nothing."
richie raised an eyebrow, but didn't press further. instead, he leaned his head on stanley's shoulder. stan blushed a little, but tried to suppress it.
"god, you guys are cute." mike commented, the both of them blushing now. richie uttered a small 'thank you'.
