001: The World of Tomorrow

Beatrice Rose Jones was enjoying a cup of afternoon tea, the warmth of it filling her stomach with joy and happiness. This wasn't a rare thing, both the tea and the joy. Bee loved tea, she had several cups a day. But she disliked coffee, everyone new it. Bee wouldn't ever be seen with coffee, for it was too bitter for her sweet soul.

    Her being filled with joy wasn't rare either. Bee was always happy and smiling, this was just a fact. It was something people thought would never change, it will.

Bee was slightly down, not sad though, never sad. For Steve is still trying to get into the army. Of course she believes in him and will help him achieve any and all of his goals but she fears for his safety.

    Steve was always a little frail, she never judged him and his stature never stopped her from loving him but she always feared for him and his safety, he always seams to overestimate his body's capabilities.

    She thinks he has the heart of a soldier, just not the body of one. He also keeps lying to try to enlist, she fears it will come back and hurt him later.

Another reason Bee was slightly down was Bucky was leaving tomorrow. He was shipping out to England to be a Sargent in the 107th first thing in the morning.

    Bee was playing to wake up super early to make breakfast for the 3 of them tomorrow before he leaves. Of course Bee understood why he must and how important what he's doing is but she can't help the little selfish part of her that wishes he won't go,

    She knows he's strong and smart but she fears he could be hurt or worse, killed. She doesn't know what she would do if him or Steve ever got hurt. They are the most important people in her life, the loves them both more than life itself.

    Back to now Bee was sitting at the table drinking some tea when Bucky and Steve walk in. She sent Bucky to find Steve earlier, he was gone for a while and she knew he was prone for getting in trouble. She always wants Steve safe.

    It was proved she had a right to be worried because Steve walked in slightly leaning on Bucky and looking slightly bruised. She immediately rushes over to him to check for any more injuries. "Goodness what happened to you" Bee said worriedly.

         Steve looked down in shame. The fear and worry on her face made him want to run, hide and cry. He wished she didn't have to worry about him so much. He new she probably sent Bucky to get him and he was ashamed she felt the need to do that. He knows she would never send him out to save Bucky. he knows, she knows Bucky can protect himself unlike him. He wants to be able to protect them and himself.

Bucky unhappy his soulmates are unhappy decides to dramatically tell them the surprise he's planed in a loud moderated voice, "Guess who got us three tickets tickets to, the one, the only Exhibition of Future Technologies"

Bee mock wonder tapping her chin for effect. "I don't know, The milkman? no, The mailman? no, wait a second is it you?!" Bucky nods his head excitedly, happy he lightens his princesses mood. Bee starts jumping and squealing excitedly and Steve can't help but crack a smile at her joy.

        In that moment the house was filled with joy and love. Just three happy soulmates, all they needed was each other. It was a happy day.

Bee puts on a yellow long skirt and a button down white shirt she tucks in. She carries her favorite orange sweater and her purse in her right hand. Her hair is in a high pony. She wanted to look her best for Bucky's last night home.

When they arrive Bee is practically glowing with excitement. Bucky and Steve can help but be happy in her presence. Her left arm is entangled with Bucky right one. For some reason Bee always holds His right arm and hand. No one knows why, not even her, to her it just fells right.

The three of them get close to the stage. Howard Stark is presenting a flying car. Bee had a huge grin stretched on her face. She has always found science and mashies fascination, sadly those things are not considered ladylike so she keeps her thoughts to herself.

Sadly the car doesn't work, it falls before it can fully fly. It gets pretty far though. Bee is extremely impressed by his work. It seems others didn't fell the same. Bee fells bad for the man, it looked embarrassing. Some people looked at him with judgement in there eyes.

Bee didn't understand this, first of he put himself out there so they had no right to be rude and second they act like they could do it, she is well aware most of them could not create a flying car. To her it was ridiculous.

Bucky and her both look behind them to see if Steve wants to go dancing with them. But he seems to be nowhere to be found. Bee goes to help Bucky find him. They don't want him to get into any trouble.

Bucky knows how much she likes science and doesn't want her to miss out watching and learning, so he has her look around and have fun, he says he can find him on his own. Bucky wants her to be able to learn all she can, he knows how much she wishes she can build things and be a scientist. He wishes they didn't live in a world where she not allowed by Society to do those things.

Unbeknownst to them that night was the calm before the storm. Bees life is about to go downhill. That night Bucky will Comfort Steve, not knowing there conversation will be overheard. That night Bee will wonder around looking at all the science thinking she will have a happy life.

That night three souls will be happy, three hearts will be whole. And three people will think they will have a happy joyful life together. Three people will be happy.

Oh, how these things will change.

I hope you liked this chapter Its the first real chapter I've ever wrote I know it's not That good, sorry I'm planning on updating when ever I finish a chapter, about every week or so probably
