Part 13

(Y/N) pov

We started walking to the mall, while me and Komachi talked.

It was really peaceful.

- (Y/N), what do you need to buy?- she asked.

- I don't know, I only came because of you guys. But since I'm already here I guess I go buy some shoes or something...- I said, then turned to them.

- What do you guys need?-

Komachi looked a bit taken off guard.

- I-I uhm... Oh yeah, I have my shopping list on my phone- she quickly said.

J had a slight suspicion that she didn't have a shopping list, but I didn't mention in.

- And you Hikki?- I asked.

Komachi looked surprised, I guess because of the nickname I used.
To my surprise, Hikigaya didn't look irritated or annoyed by the nickname this time.

I guess he got used to it.

- I'm not looking for anything, I came here because Komachi asked me to.- Hikki answered.

Before we knew it, we arrived to the mall.

- Well, where should we start Komachi?- I asked the black haired girl.

- Uhm... Let's just go and buy you shoes first.- she said.

Ok, now I'm positive, she doesn't have anything to buy.

- Alright, then let's go-

After I bought my new vans, we went out of the shop.

- Hey guys, I'll go to buy the things I need from the list. You stay here, I'll be back. Bye!- Komachi said, then quickly left us.

- Hey Hikki, wanna grab something to eat?- I asked, because I was starving. I didn't eat breakfast nor lunch.

- Sure if you want to. I'll be here.-

My smile fell off my face.

- You're not coming?- I asked slightly surprised.

Why wouldn't he come with me? Am I bothering him?

- Oh, you want me to come with you?- now it was his turn to look surprised.

Why would he be surprised? Is it so unimaginable that someone enjoys his company. I need to let him know that, otherwise he will never trust me.

- Of course, I really enjoy your company. Now let's go get some (favorite fast food).- I smiled at him, grabbed his wrist, and dragged him with me.

We found a (favorite fast food place) fairly quickly. I got excited, because I didn't eat (f/f/f) since we moved here.

We stood in the line, and that's when I realized that I was still holding Hikki's wrist.
I let go of it casually, because it wasn't that big of a deal. In the country we lived before it wasn't any "special form of affection" that I was holding someone's wrist or sleeve, or even hugging wasn't weird. (At least it's not a big deal in hungary, sorry if it is where you live😅)

- Ok, if you want to eat something else we can go there after we get our food here, alright?- I looked at him.

He's face was kinda pink.

Is he ok?

- Hikki, are you ok?- I asked a little concerned.

- Y-yeah, and also, it's fine. We can stay here.- he said while looking at the ground.

- Awesome, what do you want to eat?- I asked while we stood in the line.

- I don't know, I've never ate here before.- He said, as he looked at the menu.

- Then I'll just order for you- I  said.

After I ordered our food and payed for it, we started to walk back to where we came from, and set down on a bench.

- Give me the receipt, I'll pay you back.- Hikki said with an extended hand.

- What? No, you don't have to. Take it as my thanks for walking with me, and just for putting up with my bullshit every day.- I giggled and bit into my food.

Hikigaya let out a small laugh, and started eating his food.

We ate our food in comfortable silence, and when we finished, I wrote a text to Komachi, that she should hurry up.

- She said that we should walk around, and she'll text me if she's done.- I said to Hikki.

We stood up, and started to walk around the mall.

We talked about things, that aren't important, and we just had a lot of fun.
I mean, I assumed he had fun, because he was smiling a lot more than in school.

We lost track of time, and before we knew it, Komachi texted me that we're ready to go home.

Me and Hikki waited at the entrance.
After a few minutes, Komachi came to us with suspiciously few shopping bags.

- So, you were mostly just looking around, huh?- I asked with a grin.

- No, I have a shopping list, I just didn't find the exact things I needed!- Komachi said.

I laughed a little at the girl, and then we started to walk back.

We were talking about a lot of stuff on the way back home.

I was actually sad when we had to say goodbye.

- We should meet up again sometime, it was really fun being with you two.- I said to the two siblings.

- Yeah, we're definitely doing this again someday. - Komachi said in a happy tone.

Hikigaya just smiled and nodded.

- Well, until then, good bye guys.-

After I said that, I hugged Komachi. She hugged me back, without hesitation. It was really cute.

And after we let go, I went and hugged Hikigaya.
He became really stiff, and he didn't hug back, so I let go of him.

- Bye!- I called out as I started to walk to our door.

- Bye (N/N)!- Komachi was waving like a mad man.

- B-bye (Y/N).- Hikki said, with a red face..

I went in the house, and changed back into my pajamas.

Time to go back to sleep.
