Part six~safe

"Don't worry Mandy, we will save her." Sam said as he placed a hand on Mandy's shoulder. Mandy nodded as she watched Sam go in to burning school. "Help! Please someone! Anybody!" Lily shouted in hope of someone would hear her. "I want my daddy." She said to herself as she berried her head in her knees. "Lily!" Sam shouted. Lily lifted her head up at the sound of Sam's voice echoing through the halls. Lily stood up. "Dad! Over here!" She shouted not knowing where he was. "Lily, is that you?" He shouted as he approached the fire. "Yes, I'm trapped." She shouted trying to open the door. "Ok, don't panic, we are going to get you out!" He shouted. He turned to elvis and Penny. "Elvis, Penny, you tackle the blaze. I'll rescue lily!" He said heroically. The pair nodded their heads and started to put the fire out. Sam carefully approached the cupboard. "Lily stand back, I'm going to kick the door down." He said as he got ready to rescue lily. "Ok, and dad, I'm sorry." She said sadly. "I know you are, I'm sorry too." He said as he looked down. "But that's not what's important right now, what's important is that I get you to safety." He said as he looked back up. "Ok, I'm back, you can open the door now." Lily shouted as she went to the other side of the room. "One, two, three!" He shouted before kicking the door in. "Dad!" Lily called as she ran into his arms. Sam closed the door. "Shouldn't we be going out?" Lily asked in a confused tone. "We need to wait for elvis and Penny to put the fire out first." He said as they both waited. Soon enough elvis came to the door and opened it. "All safe now." He said warmly. They all went outside and Mandy ran over to lily. "Thank god, your ok!" Mandy sherieked. "What i wanna is how lily got trapped in the first place?" Sam said with a confused tone. "It was my fault." Millie said as she ripped away from her parents. "I locked her in there, and started the fire, because truth is, I'm jealous." Millie said sadly. "Why would you be jealous of me? You have the best life, anyone could ask for." Lily said as she put a hand on millie's shoulder. "Because everyone loves you, everyone expects great things from you." Millie sulked. "That's not true millie, my life is complicated to, and I get rough days to!" Lily said comfortingly, Mandy was going to say something but was interrupted by mrs brown. "Matilda brown, I am ashamed of you!" She shouted. "Now get in the car!" She instructed as she approached the car herself. Lily looked at Sam and elvis. "Congratulations, I know you will be happy together." She said with a smile. "Thank you lily, I hope you will be just as happy." Elvis said as he took Sam's hand. "You've had a change of heart." Sam said with a smirk. "Well, as much as I'm annoyed that you didn't come out sooner, I understand it now." Lily said with a smile. Sam nodded "this is the end of the old chapter and the beginning of the new one." He said happily. Lily smiled "Well, you know what they say, the end is just the beginning."

And that is what I  call the most poorly written happily ever after, ever 😂.
