Peko's hands are always dry. Like all the time. Holding the bamboo sword all the time really soaks up all the oils on her hands, so she carries around lotion with her at all times. That's why every time you're around her she always smells like lotion. Usually it's a baby powder type of scent, but sometimes it will be something subtle and floral.
