"Sunshine, It's time to wake up."

A tall man stood over the blonde, it was nearly 12:46 in the afternoon. The sun peaked in from their windows, gliding over the Blonde's hair. Leorio by his boyfriends side, he lit a couple of Pika's favorite candles earlier, hoping he'd wake up to the scent. This day was suppose to be special for the two leading them into a better light.

"What if I don't want to get up?"

The shorter man shrugged, as he faced away from the taller man.

"You have to, I have a little something planned for us!"

He always prepared little dates for Kurapika, in return Kurapika would do the same. Leorio always had to take that first step.

Kurapika rolled over, nudging the man.

"Last time the 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 went wrong. Remember?" 

The couple went on a date not too long ago, leaving the city. As they fled, they were stuck in traffic for a horrific amount of time. Guess who was driving? Kurapika. Leorio's impulsive boyfriend decided to rear-end a car because they were, "too slow."

"That wasn't 𝘮𝘺 fault though..."

Sighing, he then spoke,

"Alright Leorio, where are we going?"

"It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you!"

Giggling, both of the men were now in agreement to get out of this apartment. Heading towards the car in their suites, Leorio takes the drivers position.

"Buckle up."

"Psh, like you need to tell me Leorio."

"Remember that one time?-"

Kurapika interrupted,

"Alright, Alright! I'll buckle up you dummy."

Grinning, Leorio then pulls out of the parking lot and heads to his destination. Heading out of the city again, Leorio's plan today might just work. They haven't been doing too well, considering what their situations are. He just knows this might make them both happy.

"Would you like me to play some music, sunshine?"

"I wouldn't mind, please do."

"They people working on the radio can be so cheesy sometimes..."
