Chapter 5

Patrick's POV:
We had the table read tomorrow. Not going to lie I was very nervous. Not because of Ellen, but because of Giacomo. They had been a couple before on the show. I was sitting in my recliner thinking of Ellen,how I wished she was right next to me with her arms wrapped around me, her head on my chest. I was 100% sure that if I had a life with Ellen I would be so much happier. I couldn't live like this anymore. And I was going to listen to the advice Ellen gave me when we went on the hike. Out of nowhere I blurted
"Jillian , we're getting divorced. There isn't a question in order we are"
She looked up from her phone
"Patrick what"she asked bassicly crying
" Jillian look at us. Look at us" I said firmly "we aren't happy. We haven't been happy in 15 years. Why would you want to stay like that for the rest of your life? Why would you want to go to sleep next to someone who you hate and wake up to the person you hate and see the person you hate all day every day?"
" Patrick because I made a promise. I promised to love you until death do us part"
"But you don't love me anymore and I don't love you"
" what about the kids? We can't just leave each other they don't know anything other than us being together? It'll be so hard for them"
" do you want them to grow up in a home where their parents can't even stand to look at each other, a home where we argue 24/7, a home where their parents despise anything and everything about each other, a home where we go to the grocery store two times a day because we want to get away from each other. I know I don't want my kids growing up in that kind of home. I don't want my kids growing up and thinking that this is what normal couples look like , or this is what normal couples do"
" Patrick why aren't you more upset about this why aren't you in tears like me 20 years together and you want to end everything we have and everything we've made along the way and not one tear is shed"
"I was done along time ago that's why there aren't any tears"
" Patrick we can fix this please just give me another chance give us another chance"
"What do you think I've been doing for the past five years?"
"I can try I can actually try to make things better I can change I can love you again if you can love me again"
"I'm afraid that's not gonna be possible Jillian. For one I can't change you and you can't change yourself either you're an amazing mother and amazing woman but to me you're not an amazing wife. You'll make another man so very happy, I'm just not that man"
" Patrick why do you think that is ? because every night while you were at work I stayed at home with the kids thinking of what you were doing with Ellen. Praying to God that nothings going on in that trailer y'all shared.

" last time I checked I didn't look at my coworker like that or I didn't say the things you said to her."
" jill I'll go stay at a hotel.stay here with the kids I'll be here in the morning to get my stuff and I'll be out in less than a week. I'll get the papers bring them over here and you can sign them everything's yours"

I packed a bag for the night and left. On the way to my hotel I called Ellen
"Hey ,what's up" she said
I could tell she was eating something God she was so cute.
"What are u eating" I asked in a baby voice
"Shut up"she said laughing
" anyways, I asked jill for a divorce"
" you're kidding right"
"Nope I'm on my way to hotel right now tomorrow after filming I'm gonna go to The house well her house now and uh grab my things"
" no Patrick don't go to hotel just come here we can ride to work tomorrow together"
"Are you sure what about your kids"
" oh Patty don't worry about them they're asleep anyway and they'll be asleep when we leave"
Ellen was always such a good mom she had her kids raised amazing. They listened they obeyed they were angels.
" are you sure?"
" if I wasn't I wouldn't have said anything silly"

"How could I not? Fun fact actually kind of odd and sad I would drive by there every once in a while to see if you were home or just think about what you were doing in there"

" I thought about you, thought about what we could have if I left. One point I got so desperate I watched your interviews to see if I could smell you through the phone."

" Patrick , I never stopped either. I mean I don't think I was THAT obsessed but I never stop loving you"
I laughed" i'm pulling in now I'll see you in a sec"

Her house has always been so gorgeous. I knocked on the door and just walked in.
" and the point of knocking if you were just gonna walk in was?"she asked as she greeted me with a kiss on the cheek.
"To let you know your favorite was here "I winked.
"God it smells so good in here what do you use ? "
"It's me duhhh, no but candles and lots and lots of plug-in air freshener's"
We went and sat on her couch next to each other. She was in these tiny boxer shorts they were pink plaid and grey. She had on a Sports bra. Her legs were toned and made my urge to pick her up , slam her against the wall and fuck her was very hard to resist. I put by hand on her thigh. She looked at me.

"Why was what happened last time such a bad thing ?"she asked as she got on top of me her knees on each side of my legs. Her hands in my hair as a kissed her neck. I stood up as she wrapped her legs around me. our tongues danced. I sat back down on the couch but this way I could lay her down. I pushed her down as we kissed. Now I was on top of her. "We have to go to work"
"Or we can skip and stay here all day " i said

"Also babe , did you know that they are bringing back jessica,sara,sarah,sandra,justin, and so many others. We have to quarantine after today in this house with everyone. It should be fun"

"We can have our own room"she said smirking.
She got in the shower got ready and I got ready. She kissed and told her kids bye because she wouldn't be home for a good long while. She was such an amazing mom. I wanted a kid with her more than I had ever wanted anything. we drove to set and started introducing me to many new faces.
