I couldn't believe this shit was happening! It was hard to believe Tamar just might think I would do that to her and I'm not that nigga. If I were younger, maybe... In high school and when I first became 'Chris Brown' I definitely would've cheated. At that age you don't want to be tied down! That's the reason I cheated on Rihanna! I was forced into a relationship I didn't want to be in so I retaliated... It was wrong which is why I stopped when she found out and I grew real feelings for her.
After that I never cheated again. Why? That shit is what caused 'that night' to happen. Once you cheat, the trust can still be there but it'll never be the same. I learned that the hard way and to this day I'm still paying for it. For the first time since then; I felt like I was moving forward from it and I could actually move on making my name known like it used to be known. Now, I'm not so sure... that's if Tamar really believes that bullshit.
I'd be heartbroken. I mean shit; I just can't catch a break! I get one ounce of happiness and something always happens. In result, that happiness gets taken away. It's been like that for a fuckin year and I'm sick and tired of it! All these thoughts are going through my head while everyone is staring at me waiting for an answer. The worst part; the cameras are still rolling. Just fucking great! It took me a second to figure out what I wanted to say and everyone including Tay was growing impatient just wanting me to say something; anything! Well, here goes nothing!
"Tay... I'd love to answer your question, but can we go someplace more private? You know... AWAY from the cameras AND your sisters?" I had to ask; this is between the two of us anyway and we can film this little discussion AFTER we have a moment to ourselves resolving it. This was also a test. If she agrees, then she trusts me and wants to know what's going on just as much as I do while if she doesn't, well... It looks like I might be single again.
I can't be in a relationship if she doesn't trust me. What's the point in it right? "Only if you're saying that in order to let this be between us. If you're pulling me away just to save me the embarrassment of proving my sisters right, you might as well just do it now and get it over with." Wasn't the answer I was expecting but I'll take it! "Then let's go..." Tay nods and I follow her to the bedroom. "Damn, this is nice babe! You did good!" She smiles and thanks me then tells me to get down to the reason we came up here.
"Tay, you DO know I wouldn't hurt you like that right?" She nods waiting for me to continue. "Then why are you even questioning me? There's only one person who would do this and you know who I'm talking about..." Silence as she was taking that in and found the words to say. "It's not that I don't trust you or even think you'd do that Chris. If I didn't ask how would that make me look? My sisters were right there! And are you saying KAE'S bitch ass got Rihanna to play the pregnant card too?! That could fucking get you in JAIL for violating your restraining order! This is BULLSHIT!"
Tell me about it! It doesn't add up though; I haven't been in the same city she was in for MONTHS! My management and shit made sure of that so I can't get in trouble. Wait... FUCK man! I'm fucking screwed until that baby comes proving my innocence. "I know... and you're right. This doesn't change the fact I saw her at the BET awards almost seven months ago. If she's that far along, I'm getting locked up the moment I walk into that courtroom until a DNA test proves otherwise..." That got Tamar laughing. "What the hell is so funny?!" "Babe, you saw her at the BET Awards! How many witnesses were there INCLUDING Kae and that prove you never left with her?"
