3. The only one in the trio

See, there was one more reason why girls at BevHigh hated Jo Kimmel Parker.

Garrett, basketball team captain, head of student council and just overall perfect. He's her best friend.

Well, one of them anyway.

Blue is a pet name that close friends and family use to call Custis Donner. It is indeed his legal middle name, but most people just call Blue by his first name - Custis. He's been best friends with Jo ever since they were babies, and was another reason why Jo was the popular nerd at school.

Precisely was because Blue's hot, in a different way. He played instruments, did some modeling jobs, made music and just - like Garrett - perfect. Blue was a social media influencer and every female in the radius of 30 miles knew about him, some even had a crush.

The differences between Blue and Garrett was that Garrett, while being the more popular and outgoing, had a really clear and almost openly flirtatious charm to him. Garrett had this smile that just got people head over heels for him, and a rebellious player look to go with it.

Blue was different, he's quieter, but when he stares at someone, it's like lazer and everything just gets really hot really quick. Blue was typically a tad shy with new people, and since he got a nose piercing, it added some broken and dangerous flavor to his charm. Imagine a very young mafia, who kills for fun and manipulates people's hearts.

So the popular girls crushed on Garrett more, leaving the quiet and shy girls forever had a soft spot for Blue. And Jo, being the only girl in the trio, got all of the attention.

So yeah, Blue shouting that they kissed last night in the middle of the hallway during break time, really wasn't helping.
