It's quite easy to fake a smile.
Pretend every day isn't a trial.
Wake up each day in a world of gray,
Pretend you mean what you say.
"I'm fine." Is the most common lie.
Don't you ever wonder why?
When I say I'm fine it means I'm lying.
Outside I'm smiling, inside I'm crying.
Often people do not choose to die.
But sometimes, they say goodbye.
It's a tragic farce that we must go by.
Sometimes I think it would be better to die.
