What it takes to be a hero

Chapter 5

"Damn it" Yuta whispered " we need to find them fast" Yui said worried  we started walking faster luckily the water wasn't rising fast,  I hope we find them fast. " don't worry Aiko we'll find them" Koemi said trying to give me hope "huh?" I replied " I can tell on your face your worried about them" she said " why wouldn't I be" I replied. 

KAORI POV

"what the hell water?" Ryou  said confused  "we have to find the room fast" Botan said "look losers it's right around the corner" Ryou said while pointing to were the room is. we got their just in time thankfully " the doors locked" Botan said "now it's my turn"  I melted the door with my lava. 

" Ok we need you now Kaori" Ryou said I smiled it's finally my turn to shine and show that I am meant to be a hero. "why the hell are you just standing there come on before I freaking murder you" Ryou said while grinding his teeth and pointing his finger for me to come. "oh right" I said quickly "alright I'll connect the red and the blue" I said confidently Ryou smacked me so hard across the face " are you crazy are you trying to kill us that's obviously wrong even I know that!" Ryou yelled

"Right I'm sorry" I said. That slapped hurt a lot especially because of his hard gloves. I fixed the power " right great job Kaori now we just need to find the dummy and get out of here" Botan added " I saw the dummy outside this door covered with bricks" Ryou said "great let's hurry and get out of here" Botan said. 

AIKO POV

We found them in time thankfully but the water was up to my ankle and Botan  had the dummy "great everyone looks fine let's get out of here" Yui said " yes and as every one leaves I'll hold the water off with my ice " Yuta suggested  "great meet you their" kaori said we were heading for the exit except for Ryou and Yuta.

YUTA POV

I was holding the water off with my ice while Ryou is staring at me with an angry facial expression  "why are you here?" I asked "because I'm not going to let a loser like you save me so I'll be the one saving you" Ryou said,  he's so stubborn " what's your plan?" I asked "hey are guys ok?" Aiko asked "why the hell are you here we don't need you?!" Ryou yelled.

The water was up to our knees and this time it's getting faster "I'll leave no class mates behind everyone should be escaping right now so we should follow fast" Aiko suggested "Ryou we should listen" I said"Don't tell me what to do!" Ryou yelled "seriously we have to" I said. Ryou sighed and we followed Aiko.

 Luckily we escaped and we passed.

AIKO POV 

We wen't to class Night wolf told us about the school's tournament each student will versing each other and whoever wins will move on. That match and we will be taking the bus there  the class was excited. 

This period was over and it was lunch I was walking with Tadashi and Koemi "hey Aiko... wanna have lunch with me" Glory asked "sure" I replied we went in her office " you need to learn how to use at least 8% of all to one before the tournament" Glory said " but I already know 5% I thought we were taking things slow" I replied "yes but you need to learn how to use your power to it's fullest" said said you can tell how serious she is.

"ok when I get home I'll train extra harder I promise" I said as I got up from my seat up put my right hand on my chest, Glory smiled and we talked a bit more. When I got home I watched hero's in action from youtube and analyzed their fighting and Trained more. It is 2:34 and I have to get ready for school in a couple of hours but I still only know how to use 5% of my power. 

I went to my back yard outside and I got in jumping position " ok how about 10%" I whispered to myself  I jumped high and took my right leg and kicked the tree with the air I damaged the tree I used 10% of my power I want to raise it a bit higher but I don't want to damage my body.

I went back inside and went to sleep. I trained none stop but still only use 5 to 10% of my power.

BOTAN POV ( in the evening after school)

I'm walking home with Ryou right now and it's nice were almost to my house. People look at Ryou wrong he may act tuff but inside he's a soft teddy bear. "Can't wait for the tournament" I said "yea what ever I'll kill everyone that I fight" Ryou said 

"hey if you get one of our classmates don't be so hard on them alright their our friends" I said "Shut up when I fight those losers their not friends anymore their enemies a hero will do what ever it takes to bring those villains down!" Ryou yelled. I smiled 

"so heroic" I whispered "come on slow poke we don't have all day" Ryou said.
