What it takes to be a hero

Chapter 13

We went back on the bus we sat in the same seats as we were when we first got here next to me was an empty seat "don't think about it Aiko a hero always smiles no matter what" Koemi said with a big smile on her face.

I smiled back at Koemi "your right and now I'll protect you and everyone else no matter what" I said "do you regret going to the store with me?" Koemi asked her smile faded "no not at all I just wish I was their on time" I said 

I wonder if Koemi is blaming herself because of my rage over Tadashi's death "and besides you weren't the one who killed him and if  you where the one he killed I probably would've broke his bones" I said laughing trying to make Koemi feel better 

Koemi giggled and blushed.

We got off the bus "hey nerd I want to talk to you alone" Ryou said I shook my head yes and followed him to the front of the bus "hey what's going on I know damn well that your not that powerful ever since you fought Yuta I noticed something was off you never had that power so tell me how did you do it?" Ryou asked 

I can't tell him about All to one "sorry I can't tell you" I said, wait that's going to make me sound suspicious? "fine don't tell me but I will find out" Ryou said he walked back to were the rest of the class is and I followed.

"Aiko come with me we need to talk" Glory said but she was being serious I came in her office "the hotel has security camera's and I saw your rage did you even noticed what happened to you?" Glory said with concern "uh no I didn't" I replied

 "You went in god mode it's when your super power  come binds with all to one it's very dangerous only two users of all to one went into god mode and it ended badly you got lucky don't do this again" Glory said.

"wow I had no Idea forgive me Glory" I said. Glory forgave me then warned me again, school ended early "Aiko let's walk home together" Koemi said "sure I could really use that right now" I replied.

We are walking home together and at a certain area we split up and go home, we were almost close to the area. "hey Aiko you should come to my house to drop me off you don't have to come in" Koemi suggested I agreed 

Me and Koemi's friendship has been growing.

I woke up the next morning and got ready for school "Aiko you do know that theirs no school right?" My mom said "what why?" I asked "well that's not true but me and many parents don't want our children to go to H.U ever since we heard a student died their it's all over the internet" my mom said 

"But mom I'm training to be a hero" I said "no it's final" my mom said she was being very serious I sighed and went in my room and took of my schools uniform. 

GLORY POV

"Glory we need to go to class 1B houses to convince them to let their kid go to school and how about this if the parent's want to they can sign this paper if they want their kids to be in dorms so it's optional" Night wolf suggested 

I agreed we went to a few parent's houses and they agreed "next is Ryou" I said. We went to Ryou's house and knocked on the door their was this chubby lady with round glasses and golden hair and blue eyes.

"Hey I'm Ryou's mom you must be his teachers come in" Ryou's mom said we sat on the couch across from them it was Ryou, his mom and dad  Ryou looks like his dad a lot "so what's up" Ryou's dad asked "please let Ryou come back were sorry for everything that happened and we promise to take good care of him 

"and here sign this paper if you want him to be in a dorm it's optional" Night wolf explained "ha sure why not Ryou wouldn't mind right?" Ryou's dad said, Ryou was silent "hey I'm talking to you!" Ryou's dad yelled "sorry dad yes I would like a dorm" Ryou said he seemed scared of his dad

"sorry for that thanks for coming, Ryou will see you tomorrow" Ryou's mom said we thank them "who's next?" Night wolf asked "Yuta and Botan the the Hayashi twins" I said 

We got their and their mom welcomed us in the mom looked off  we sat on the dinner table "hello" Mr. Hayashi said "could you plea- I already know what your going to say of course why would I let their training go to waist" Mr Hayashi said cutting me off 

Night wolf explained about the dorms and gave him the paper and the mom signed it that was the easiest house. We left the house it was Aiko's house now 

"Hey Mrs. Takanashi" I said she said hey back and let us in we sat on the dinner table with Aiko and his mom "please would you let Aiko come back to H.U starting tomorrow" I asked 

"no I cannot a student died at that school and I can't imagine that being Aiko I'm just glad he's ok" Ms. Takanashi said "please mom this means so much to me" Aiko begged "no theirs other hero school for you to go" Ms. Takanashi said 

"please we even gave parents an option to let their kids be in dorms so please" Night wolf begged "no I cant it's my final answer" Ms. Takanashi said again "mom tell me why" Aiko said he was really disappointed in his mom's answer 

"I already told you it's because a student died" Ms. Takanashi replied 

"I understand we'll go now" Night wolf said 

"No , mom the student who died was my best friend, he was my first friend when I joined H.U and trust me I was not happy about his death and I blamed myself for not being their and protecting him from that villain 

but you know what that taught me mom?, It taught me to never give up and that I have to work harder to protect people and be their for them next time so mom for the last time I'm begging you please let me join H.U" Aiko said 

"no I'm sorry Aiko" Ms takanashi said. Aiko looked at her in shocked  me and Night wolf got up "wait I change my mind, Aiko you can go to H.U and I'll sign the papers for him to go in a dorm" she said 

we all thanked her and smiled.
