End Self-Hatred

Drowning quietly.
The depression closes in.
Suffocating softly.
Hatred smeared on flesh.

Foul skin and foul past.
Self-hatred and evil brandished.
Ancestors dead.
Worthless and dead.
Brought all the world's evils.
Spread the corruption to me.

The lies must be shot down.
Love must be felt.
I'm perfect in mind and birth.
My ancestors were grand.

Evil thoughts to many,
But sane ones to few.
Strengthen mind and body.
Bring about days anew.

March towards the future,
When foes fail to harm you.
The one when you love,
When your kin love,
And when the self is true.
