The bright street lights were also disappearing slowly as the whole city was going into deep slumber. It was almost midnight. The dark night sky was illuminated only by the moon.
The Dark Room In Neil's Condo,
Neil was sitting on the floor with one of Avni's photo held closely to his heart. He started weeping. He looked around the room. The room was filled with his and Avni's pics. He got up and went towards the huge frame which had the photo of a smiling Avni looking at Neil and Ali. He caressed the pic while more tears spilled out of his eyes.

He knelt in front of the frame while his mother's words were echoing in his mind again. He closed his eyes and the flashes from the afternoon started flashing in front of his eyes. He moved more closer to the frame trying to find solace but he was unable to. He looked at Avni in the frame with teary red eyes. He leaned on the frame still looking at Avni. He tried to remember his moments with her but again the afternoon events clouded his mind.

He gets frustrated when only the afternoon events flashes in his mind instead of those cheerful and lovely moments. He caresses Avni's pic one last time before getting up and walking out of the room. He walks to the bar counter in his condo and picks up an alcohol bottle from there. He settles on the sofa in the living room and starts drinking. The sour and vile taste slipped into his mouth. This time when he remembered the afternoon happenings he gritted his teeth.
"Dekhna Tillu iss faisle ke liye ek din tu mujhe Thanks kahege. [One day you will thank me for my this decision]"
He held the bottle tightly while stumbling out of his condo.

He made his way towards the parking lot with his irregular and unsteady steps while sipping the alcohol from the bottle time to time. He blinked his eyes trying to focus his gaze and find his car. He then walks towards his car while staggering and stumbling. He leaned on his car and had a sip from the bottle. He then got into his car and the car zoomed out of the parking lot in a high speed. The car reached near the Khanna Mansion within no time.

The security looked at Neil's car which was zooming towards the mansion in high speed. He immediately rushed to open the gates to let the car in. The gates were opened in the nick of time or else the car would have crashed with it. The car came to a screeching halt. Neil emerged out of it without even caring to shut the door, he reached till the main door with shaky and unbalanced steps. He banged the door as loud as possible. Not once or twice he kept on banging the door until it was opened by Prakash.
