Chapter Two.

You got on the subway and found Izuku waiting at the stop for you, "hey (y/n), anything interesting happen?" He asked, but you already knew he knew by the look in his eyes. "I met my soulmate. How about you?" "We did a quirk test." "Oh? What'd you place?" "Dead last." You whistled, "hey, zero to hero."

He chuckled at that, "are you interested in your soulmate?" You shrugged, "I just met him." You watched as he took invisible notes.

"What are you doing?" He blushed, "ah, sometimes I take invisible notes!" You nodded your head, "you should get your notebook out and actually take them." He nodded as you two talked.

"So like how did it feel?"

You felt bad, he must really want to meet his soulmate.

"Confused and scared. It's a large change."

"Do you think it will change your life?" You looked at him, your gut twisted in your stomach.

"Yeah, I don't know how it will though."

Fuck, I still need to tell Raburi.

"How will your parents respond?" He stopped taking notes and he seemed to just want to be sure you're okay, gosh, he reminds me so much of Raburi.

"Ah, my parents left me and my little brother was I was ten." You watched as Izuku got flustered, "I'm sorry I shouldn't of-." "We're subway buddies so it's fine, plus I have to explain to schools why my parents can never make it to a teacher conference meeting so it's fine, really." He nodded at that, "so, I take it you know my soulmate?" "We have class together." You looked at him, "What's he like?" "He seems responsible."

The subway stopped and the two of you went in the opposite direction, "bye Izuku!" Walking to Raburi's school he ran to you, "(Y/n)-nee I met my soul mate today!" "Same." The boy's eyes lit up, "What's he like!?" "He's in the hero course, I gave him my number to call when he can."

Your brother's eyes shined, "What's his name!" "Tenya Iida. Why are we only talking about mine?" "Well, I sort of ran away from her."

You laughed when he told you that, "I mean her first words to you are rude, I would run away too." He laughed, "She didn't say it in a scary way when she called me stupid, it was pretty cute." You raised your eyebrows.

"Oh?" "Well, like, it's sort of like, well she just said it cutely." You couldn't help but laugh at your brother's hand motions as they moved up, down, left, and right. "Do you know anything about her?" "She's gorgeous." "What does she look like?" "Long green hair, red eyes, pale skin, she's at least 4'11, maybe five foot, she's really thin, she's the cutest thing the world has to offer I think."

I wonder if my soul mate analyzed me as much as my brother did his?

"you should talk to her tomorrow alright?" "Mhm, I will!" Walking home your phone ringed, "Is it your soulmate? Put it on speakerphone!" You sighed and picked it up putting it on speaker as you opened the door, plopping on the couch as your brother sat next to you.

"Hello, this is Tenya Iida!" You smiled, he seems so nervous, it's cute. "Hello, this is (y/n), sorry we couldn't talk much." "It's not a problem! I was wondering if you would like to eat lunch together or if that's too much we could go on a date on Saturday!" He was yelling, but not in a brash way. You began to analyze the way he spoke, "I reserve lunches for studying, but a date on Saturday would be the best if it's not a problem with you can I bring my little brother?" "Oh yes of course! I was going to ask if it was okay for my brother to join us!"

Is he nervous about meeting me alone? "That would be fine, I have to go to work, is it okay if we text?" "Yes!"

Clicking off you brother snatched your phone and sent him a picture of you and him,

"Hey, give me that!" You yelled snatching it out of his hands. "Someone has to god's work, and if it's me then so be it." He said shrugging his shoulders. You rolled your eyes, "I have work in thirty, are you coming with me?" You asked your brother, "yeah, I want to see Mr. Akarui!"

Your phone dinged and it was an awkward picture of Tenya. "Pft, he seems so awkward."

I put on my work jacket over my undershirt and put a pair of pants on. "Alright, you dressed? Tenya will be there." "You asked him to meet you?" "I want you to meet him."

Looking at your brother you giggled, "you really like Ingenium don't you?" "Of course! He's very kind to all his sidekicks! He's so cool!" He had on a pair of shorts and an Ingenium jacket.

Walking out of the apartment you locked the door, "okay let's go." Exiting out of the house wearing your work uniform you began your walk to the subway, smiling as your brother went on and on about Ingenium.

I should explain my circumstances to Tenya.

Getting on the subway your brother looked at you "(y/n)-nee, who's that boy staring at us?" Looking to where Raburi was pointing it was a spikey blonde boy, "I have no clue."

"Hey kid it's rude to point!" The blonde yelled grabbing your attention you shot him a glare, "my bad, I didn't teach him manners." You said, turning away while your brother went to speak.

"Sir excuse me, but you were staring at my sister if anything, you were in the wrong." You whistled, "whoa, sassy." You said with a smirk nudging him lightly.

The boy made a loud tch, "you're that girl always talking with Deku on the subway aren't you?" "If I am? Why is that your business?" Another tch was thrown your way, reaching your stop your brother and you got up.

What a weird dude, and who the fuck is Deku?

Walking to the facility you stopped at the desk clerk, "Ma'am, I'm expecting a guest today, his name is Tenya Iida." She nodded, "will do (y/n)." You walked to the elevator and scanned your card. You watched your brother stand on his tippy toes and go back down, giving him this jumping effect.

"What are you doing?" "I'm excited to see Mr.Akarui." "You saw him last week." Your brother huffed, "I enjoy seeing him."

You laughed at his remarks, "alright buckaroo, let's get to work, I have a new client." "Another one?" You nodded, "she's a young girl with a sound quirk, she keeps accidentally making things break so I need to get her comfortable with it."

Handing you brother your phone you looked at him with a stern look, "Raburi, if he says he's here just tell him to say 'I'm (y/n)'s, guest'." "Yes, ma'am!" "Please, don't say anything weird." "Alright!" He groaned. You nodded and stepped off the elevator.
