A Secret door

The wind got colder, clouds covering the entire sky as Stella rode back to her house alone . Today the sun didn't come in sight since morning. It looked like its going to rain so she carried an umbrella along with her. Cara didn't attend school today was something sad for her but the happy part was that she got a new bicycle which was worth taking to school. She got goosebumps on her neck as she forgot to wear her scarf. Today with her full black look- Black  coat, black jeans and boots, it was must for her to wear her black scarf but it just flew away from her mind and she left it lying on her bed.  

She was enjoying the weather whispering the song 'love story' beneath her skin. From nowhere her mind caught the dream she had two days ago, that weird dream. It was so realistic and she even talked to her mother about it, but she said maybe she was tired and that's why she dreamed it. she saw herself around strange people in a strange place, she saw their faces too but they faded away as she woke up. It was too dark everywhere all the time and also she saw that weird creature that bit her in the forest, not one but many flying around.

She shook her head bringing her self back to reality. The weather seemed even darker when she reached the road forest alongside. As she rode and rode in, it got thicker and darker. 'you'll be the prince and I will be the princess it's a love story baby just say....yes' she continued singing but then stopped. Something creeping behind the bushes caught her attention. Her legs were still now. A snake? A poisonous lizard? A wild dog? A.........wolf? "Impossible", she asserted, wiping out the thought 'A wolf?'. How come there will be wolves in Florida. And if there was any other thing like snake or a wild dog then it was better to probably keep moving. Suddenly she felt rain drops falling, touching her skin gently. She took out her umbrella and held it from one hand starting to ride slow. 

As she was drifting back to her house, a beam of light caught her attention. Something which was not at all normal because it felt like it was coming from the ground but it wasn't sure cause that place was hidden behind a tree. She got scruples but like always curiosity got over it, making her mind to go check it. She realized that now there was no more creeping. She got off her bicycle and gave it support making it stand still. Every step taking carefully and curiously she moved close towards the bushes. Being totally unaware of what was she doing she removed the top of the bushes. No snake, No lizard but that same bloody creature. It flew away as she watched herself not to touch it. It flew from the right behind the tree but never came from the left. Did it fly up? she thought to herself. The light didn't go, it was still there. Nervously and curiously she stepped forward and forward close to the light. 
And finally she reached there. Standing all confused beside it. She stared at the light coming from the ground. 'What the hell....where is it coming from?' she thought. 

She didn't know it was right to do it but it was right or wrong nothing mattered cause before this thought came in her mind she already started removing the sand with her one hand as the other was busy holding the umbrella. She knew that doing all this was weird cause in the end, there will be nothing there just some reflection of light but she was doing it. 
Not for long she did it when her hands finally touched some hard surface. 

She stared deeply wide eyed at the door. She was not able to believe this thing, a door on the forest ground. After doing all this turning back was madness. 'Did someone buried diamonds inside it years ago or.....yesterday?' she thought but found it clearly so stupid. Her heart was beating louder and louder and there was a strange feeling running in her blood. She took a deep breathe and reached out to the door handle. It was cold, dusty, dull gold colored door and the weird thing she noticed a moment later was that the light was gone now. She didn't pull the door quickly but just sat holding it trying to confess herself that she is holding 'a secret door'. After a couple of seconds she finally pulled it towards her. The light bumped in her eyes making her close them. It was too bright and unbearable that made her feel so exhausted and soon she lost consciousness totally unaware of what then happened.

Stella lied on a comfortable bed, brown stands supporting the top. The entire room was so pretty and astonishing. Big walls painted white with golden lamps, woody clean floor, a beautiful large silver wardrobe with a big mirror, bigger than Stella's height kept in front of the bed and a side table golden cups kept with a tea pot. Her boots were still on the side carpet right next to her bed and a white bordered large window with brown leaves on cream curtains was on the right wall to the bed. The entire room was filled with silence as if there was just her in the entire world. 

"You sure it's safe?", a man's deep voice broke the silence from right outside the door. "Don't worry.................she's one of us after all",another man's gentle voice said. They opened the door. One of them wore a flamboyant deep green gown, wrinkles on his white skin and a red crystal ring in his middle finger. The other wore a black long coat with winter boots and a serious gesture on his pale and tight skin. They starred at Stella with their gold eyes. "She's gonna achieve so much................I see the curiosity in her", the old man muttered "Well Twain....go get Sophia, I need to have an important talk with her", he continued. "Sure..Your highness", Twain said and turned to look for his wife Sophia Warren. Both of them left the room wanting Stella to have some more rest. 

Where was she? In her dream, same as she dreamed the one she had two days ago or was this all reality? But she was asleep wherever she was.
