Chapter Two.

The Doctor's POV

We just started the blood transfusion ten minutes ago, All I've been doing is pacing around and Jack constantly tells me to calm down. That's easy for him to say the person that he cares deeply about didn't almost just die.

I think I just realized that I do love Rose Tyler because I think I always have I just pushed this feelings away because of the fear of rejection and it'd never work out because she's a human and she'd wither up and die. But if she does survive this all I have to fear is rejection.

" Doc, it's over. " Jack snaps me out of my thoughts.

" Is she okay?! " I question him

" Only one way to find out. " He states and yanks out the life support cord and the other medicine devices hooked up to her.

" Huuuuh... " Rose gasps for air.

" She's alive! " Jack and I say in unison jumping around like little children

" W-What h-happened? " Rose stuttered

" We almost lost you. " Jack tells her

" Oh.. " Is all she says.

Jack and I hoist her off the bed and into the TARDIS. We carry her into her bedroom and tuck her in her bed.

" You need some rest. " I tell her and kiss her head.

She was already sound asleep by the time I pull away from her kissing her head

" Night Rosey. " Jack whispers

" Sweet dreams, Rose. " I add in.

| In the screening room |

" Well, this was one hell of a day Doc. " Jack sighs

" Yeah it was. " I respond

" What should we watch? " Jack asks

" How about-" I get cut off by Jack

" Ooo how about Fifty Shades of Gray? " He winks

" No thanks. " I laugh

" Fine but I'm watching it. " He smirks

" Okay, I'm gonna go make banana pancakes! " I shout

" Make me some! " He calls back

I walk into the kitchen and find Rose sitting at the table drinking tea.

" Hey your supposed to be resting. " I tell her which I assume catches her by surprise because she jumps

" Bloody hell Doctah' you scared me! " She laughs with her hand over her heart

" Sorry. " I smirk, " Now why aren't you in bed? "

" I felt odd. " She says

" Oh. " I say knowing why.

" Want some banana pancakes? " I ask

" Sure. " She smiles.
