We reached the destination and Philip rushed out the car to answer the call of nature. In suddenly touched my hand inside the car and talked. " Aew, can you come over to my place after the party? I have something to ask you."

CHAPTER 7: Trap

The party started as our friends had a reunion-like vibe that is happening than to how a birthday party should have. I also had few drinks that I forgot to limit myself in getting drunk. Later that night, Tan sent Sun to sleep in his room so that he can rest. Everything seems to be perfect as everyone has a smile on their faces especially for Teh and Tan who really makes a good family. Should I just let things be? I still like Teh---yes he is my best friend but how about my love? Do I deserve someone else? I can't destroy a family just because I have a hypothetical question that In might be the real father of Sun. I need to confront In later after this party afterall.

My eyes wandered at the party as I landed my sight to In. Just remembered that he asked me to go over his place after the party. In started to walk closer to me as we chatted about random things. "I like Tan, but she now have Teh and Sun." In told me casually that we both started talking about our unrequited love experiences---making us to create an unexpected friendship. It must be really fun to have someone who fully understand your situation. A person who can lend you an ear and give some real life advices, not to mention---us being in the same situation.

We are both enjoying the moment like two persons who couldn't have their person they want. My feelings was so soft that I barely noticed that I might be falling for him. My head and sight are dizzy but it was like In was in a spotlight where his cheeks reaches his eyes as he smiles---he's suddenly snatched my attention. Everything I see about him is dreamy. This is the same feeling when I finally realised that I'm in love with Teh.

"Thank you for coming everyone, please be safe on your way home." It was passed 2am when Tan expressed her ending words for the party.

Teh started to walk towards me. "Let's go Aew, I'll drive you home." He smilingly asked as he extended his arms asking for my hand.

"Aew is already coming with me. We need to talk about something. I heard Aew is starting school again soon and I happened to be a senior in the same university that he'll be going." In interrupted as he grabbed my left hand.

"Uhmm. O---okay. Drive safe In." Teh bid his goodbye as he left to send off our other friends.

"He needs to take care of his family right Aew?"

"You're right. It actually bothers me since my hopes are getting up the moment he asked me In."

"Awww, you sounded really sad while we were talking about our unrequited love stories awhile ago Aew----do you still like him?"

I paused with a silence for a moment when I suddenly realised that my love for Teh, might not be the same as before. But as In asked me this question, I feel like my heart somehow want to have him instead. My eyes started to feel heavy as it became the last thing I remember.

I woke up with my eyes half open on a bed, the room was dark, it looked like it was some kind of a condo--the only light that reaches the room is from the one passing through the windows, it's really like the buildings on a typical city view it is.

The pillow seems so hard as I let my hand grope to it. I also noticed a leg stretched next to my body as to realized that I turned my head up seeing In asleep as he slowly opened his eyes--looking to a direction to where my groping hand is. I noticed that my hand seems to feel a long yet soft thick thing------I finally had the courage to look at it and I was unconsciously touching In's crotch.

"Are you okay Aew?"

I got my senses as I jumped out from my position leaving In and I to a very awkward position.

In is wearing a black tank top that made me notice his broad shoulders and a typical boxer shorts( yes not even a boxer brief) that made me really shy.

"I'm sorry In, I didn't know that it was your uhmmm---" I started gesturing my hand pointing his crotch.

In started to relax his face like an innocent kid would make. He smiled enough and his eyes suddenly became soft that as if it was like asking and telling me at the same time that we should do it. In started stroking his soft sword to hard as his other hand tries to reach my hand.

This better not be a trap.
