Joshua's Pov:I was sat in the living room whilst Kai and Faith were in Faith's room. They were playing with dolls last time I checked. I was watching Bad Education on Netflix.
A few episodes later, Faith came running down, dramatically flinging her arms out as if she was presenting something. She then shouted, "tada!" And the best thing ever was revealed to me. Kai - a person who has never and probably will never wear dresses - walked in the room after Faith. She was wearing a sparkly, bright pink princess dress with a glittery tiara.
"She said I looked like a princess because of my hair." She looked to the ground. Her hair was dyed pastel purple so I can see it.
"You look like a fucking idiot." I laughed.
"Hey!" Faith shouted to me.
"My bad." I stood up and threw my phone on the sofa. "Princess! Thee behold liketh a blinking idiot!" I used the language I learnt from my English Literature class.
"Oh, wow. Thanketh thee so much. I appreciateth t a lot." She rolled her eyes.
"Don't be that way, my Princess." I pouted at her sudden sarcasm.
"Stop calling me that. I am not a princess." She pointed at me before doing a dramatic pose. Honestly, a kinda sexy pose. "For I am a queen!" Her voice turned into a voice of a female actress of the early 20th century. "My darling, you could never, and I mean ever, even think about being my king." She smirked as she put her index under my chin and flicked my head up slightly before strutting away. "Love you!" She stuck her tongue out and clumsily ran upstairs. Faith followed behind her. Fucking hell, she does stuff to me. Levi would kill me if he found out that his bloody sister just turned me on that much.
My bad, too much information, right? My apologies.
Both Faith and Kai came back downstairs at around 6:00.
"Faith, you have one hour until bedtime. What do you want to do for that hour?" I asked her. She started grinning ear to ear. I know what's about to happen.
"Aladdin!" She screamed. Her favourite Disney movie and one of Kai's favourites.
"Let's go put our pyjamas on, then we can watch it!" Kai grabbed her hand and raced back upstairs.
After they had been upstairs for 10 minutes, I realised Kai had no pyjamas here. I walked upstairs and knocked and Faith's bedroom door. Kai shouted a quick 'yep' to signal I could go in.
"You forgot your pyjamas." She thought about what I said before she realised I was (obviously) correct.
"What am I gonna wear?" She slapped her forehead from her own stupidity.
"Faith, you ready?" I looked at my little sister who nodded and span to show off her pyjamas. "Okay, the movie is on, go watch it." I smiled and grabbed Kai's wrist lightly, leading her to my room. "You're a dumbass, you know." I laughed whilst looking through my pyjama draw.
"Says you." She mumbled and laid on my bed. I glared at her before pulling out a pair of jogger bottoms and a t-shirt I own. She stared at the shirt. "Got anything with long arms?" She tilted her head to the side slightly, as if she were a confused puppy. I nodded and pulled out a hoodie.
"Here, your highness. Please, join us downstairs once you are fully dressed." I walked to the door before quoting a movie she loved. "And remember: you're never fully dressed without a smile." I grinned and closed the door.
Kai came down 5 minutes later and sat next to me. She grabbed my arm and checked my watch. It was 6:20.
By 7, Kai's head was resting on a pillow in my lap. And thank god that a pillow was there. Again, too much info, I once again apologise.
