"Sorry girls, change of plans." My mum says as we see our bags packed. "What's going on?" I ask. "It's the order love, They need me and from what I hear, a pair of gingers need you." She raises an eyebrow causing me to blush lightly. "Plus I signed you up to take your apparition test." She hums before taking both my and Dahlia's hands and apparating to the order headquarters.

"I'm so proud of you Lila Rose!" Mum kisses my cheeks after I passed my test. "Me too dear, gosh I'm scared for the boys." Molly chuckles. "I'm sure they are just fine." I reply. "You know they've really missed you, everyone has." Molly explains.

"I've missed them too, I just needed some time I guess. To figure things out." I answer. "To be honest, I always thought it would be Fred and you that would get together." Molly smiles before the twins come out of the room.

"We passed!" They say in sync.

My mum, Molly, and I cheer for them causing a small disruption. "Sorry." I giggle as people groan. "Congrats boys." They immediately run and engulf me in a hug. "Don't ever leave us for two months again" Fred smiles.

"Oh I won't, while it was peaceful and rejuvenating, I missed my favorite gingers." They both smile and put a hand over their hearts. "Ron and Ginny of course." I wink. "We're gonna get you back for that one." George says.

"Sure you will."

"Let's scare Harry." Fred says as we hear Harry rambling. "We did pass our tests with flying colors." I reason. "Okay, 3... 2... 1.."

"Hey, Harry. Thought we heard the ranting of our tragic hero." George grins. "You might want to consider anger management." Fred jokes. "Guess who passed their Apparation tests!" I do jazz hands in front of the twins.

"With distinction." George adds. Suddenly the door opens and Ginny walks in, Dahlia behind her. "Hi, Harry. We thought we heard you." She says from the doorway. "It was kinda hard to miss, Mate." George replies. "Sorry. I didn't. . . you know." Harry sighs.

"It's alright, I'd be mad too. But you haven't been missing much. They don't tell us anything." Ron shrugs. "Shame too. I really wonder what Snape's been up to." George ponders.

"Wait, Snape's here?" Harry asks with a confused look. "Yeah, remember he is on our side." Ron replies. "Who else is here?"  Harry asks. "Everyone. McGonagall, Hagrid, pretty much the entire school staff." Hermione replies. It's true, strange though to have them all in the same room as our parents.

"Bill and Charlie are even here." Ron says with a smile causing me to cough. "Wait- Bill is here." I choke out. "I remember when you swore you were in love with him!" Ginny giggles. "Ginny!" I gasp. "Oops." She winced before running out, laughing with Dahlia.

"Well, that's my cue to go help Molly with dinner." I purse my lips.

"We're talking about that later!" The twins shout to which I give them a thumbs up.

"Thank you for the help Lila." Molly smiles as I set the table. "You've been like a second mum to me since the first year, I will always help you." I smile. "Can you help me tame the twins?" She laughs. "Oh boy that's a large task for little me." I laugh just as everyone enters the room.

"What are we laughing about?" Ginny asks. "The twins." I hum. "Makes sense." Fred chuckles before taking a seat next to me, George on my other side.

"So Lila how was your guys' holiday?" Arthur asks. "It was beautiful. We were at this lake and the water was so clear and not polluted by humans. The entire area was amazing." I smile before taking a bite of my roll.

"Lila scared me a lot when I would wake up and she wouldn't be anywhere in the cabin. Turns out she fell asleep while looking at the stars." My mother chuckles. "Sounds like Lila." George smiles sadly.

Once everyone is having their own conversations I take this as my time to talk to George. "Is everything okay George? You seem a little off." I whisper. "I wonder why." He scoffs before getting up from the table.

I take a deep breath before following him. 

"George!" I put a hand on his shoulder. "What Lila?" He turns and looks at me with a face that physically hurts my heart. "I'm sorry that things ended, but it was for the best. I know you could feel that something was wrong, you can't be that oblivious."

"Did you break up with me just to be with Fred?" He asks causing me to lose my breath. "Did you even love me?" He scoffs. "Of course I did! Sometimes things don't work out the way we plan them, George. Do you think I wanted to hurt you? Do you think I planned on falling for Fred?" My eyes widen at my words.

For a moment I see George fade away and pure anger take over as he somewhat pushes me back into a wall. I groan as tears well in my eyes. "I'm sorry." I whisper.

"George!" Fred shouts at the sight of me against the wall. All George can do is glare at us before walking away. "Lila are you okay?" Fred rushes over to me. "I'm fine, I said something that upset him." I explain. "That doesn't give him an excuse." Fred's face is laced with confusion.

"Of course it does."
