Argus was sitting on his bed, recalling everything that just happened today.

Polina was adopted by a couple that was from Wizarding families. They then found out that she was a Maledictus and let her live her life and do whatever she wants, with some restrictions of course, until her curse sets in. Then, They'll continue to keep her as a cat. Her parents seemed like really nice people that cared for her. Polina herself didn't judge that he was a Squib, too. 

Argus then headed downstairs towards their bookshelf and rummaged for something. Soon after, he pulled out a blue-covered book that was rather thick. He sat down, flipped through some pages, and stopped on one in particular: A Study of Maledictus.

A Maledictus (plural Maledictuses) is a female individual who carries a blood curse that eventually turns her into a beast permanently. The curse is carried from birth and passed down from mother to daughter. The beast ultimately transformed into can vary based on the curse. Before their permanent transformation, they have the ability to change shape at will, which becomes gradually uncontrollable. A Werewolf is not considered a Maledictus.

Argus, however, didn't mind that Polina was  Maledictus. Polina herself didn't mind that he was a Squib, so why would he?
