I am going to be your Hero!) You won't lay another finger on her. I'll take on anyone I have to! You've lost this fight, Chisaki!
Overhaul: Don't use that name so casually, fool. I've abandoned it.
Hassaikai member with black robe: Master!
Mirio: (I thought he was down for the count.)
Overhaul: Nemoto! Shoot!
Overhaul throws a box at Nemoto, containing the five completed quirk erasure bullets. However, only one of the bullets lands in Nemoto's reach.
Nemoto: (The boss needs me. Can't let him down. Even if it costs me my life, I'll assist him however I can. But where do I aim? I only have one bullet, and I'm shooting at an untouchable target. How can I keep him from using his quirk?) *Gasps* (His true feelings!)
Nemoto points his gun in Eri's direction. Mirio notices this, and jumps in front of Eri to protect her from being shot.
Mirio: (You've been living with so much despair this whole time. Thinking you had no choice but to suffer so much. That help would never come. Well, I'm not going to let you down again.)
Nemoto shoots at Mirio.
Mirio: (Don't worry. I won't let you suffer. Not anymore!)
Mirio smiles at Eri while the quirk erasing bullet is about to hit him.
???: Ow!
Mirio: Huh?
Nemoto: What?
Overhaul: And just who do you think you are?

Ash: Man, that actually didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.
Before the bullet could hit Mirio, Ash jumped in front of him and took the hit.
