Doctor Francis Reels had a black moustache and black slicked back hair. He was in his early forties and was an experienced medical doctor. He was currently walking down the hallway of his hospital with a clipboard in his hands of a brain scan. The circumstances were... oddening to him

Most of his patients paid for him specifically to stitch up a bullet hole, remove any dental in their teeth to hide them or burn fingerprints, this one asked for a brain scan of all things. Claimed he had headaches. Usually a small trip would do but he was paying almost double the price of a brain scan so he didn't have to question anything. But the results? A brain scan was definitely needed.
Dr. Reels then turned left and opened a door to a man sitting in a patient's chair. He was wearing a grey trenchcoat over a dark grey suit and dirty white shirt with a barely buttoned up collar and a very loose red tie. He was wearing brown fingerless gloves and metal tipped black boots. He had a skull-like face with heterochromia eyes. His left eye was black and the right was orange. He had a chip in his left ear. He had dyed blonde spiky hair and everything below the scalp was a black buzzcut.
He looked quite disturbing. But Dr. Reels had seen worse.
"Mr L-"
"I prefer to be called Ral, doc. It's just something I like to be called." Ral said as he leaned back on the chair resting the back of his head in his hands.
"Hmm. As you wish. And... a brain scan of all things? Not to check on your infamous inner bulletproof chest?" Reels asked.
"I'm not bulletproof, Reels. I'm punchproof." Ral said as he knocked his temple, the impacts causing a small clanging.
