Chloe deftly exits the hotel as paramedics rush inside the lobby from an ambulance waits running at the front of the hotel. She looks back as she moves into the dark alleyway. She slowly makes her way to about halfway down when she comes to the two fallen women.

Illiana was on her back, splayed out, her eyes vacant in death by the fall. On top of her, her daughter, Natalia lays. Natalia's eyes look up at Chloe as she approaches. Chloe kneels and picks up the pistol that was just out of reach of Natalia's hand. Natalia tries to say something but can only gasp for air.

"Don't worry, I have called some people who will take care of you," Chloe says as she puts away the pistol within her dress.

"Who's down there?" Came to a call from a policeman.

Chloe rises and looks to the approaching officer, she squints as he gets closer. She smiles as she recognizes the officer.

"Robert, is that you?"

"Miss Chloe? What's going on here?"

"I'm taking care of these two women, I called for someone to get them."

"I think I should call this in."

"Could you not, I need you to give me this one, you do owe me."

The officer was about to say something when an ambulance, with its lights off, arrives and slowly backs into the alley. Two bald men in EMT uniforms begin to gently put Natalia on a backboard and put her on a gurney then load her into the ambulance. They then came for the deceased Illiana and place her in a black body bag, then place her inside as well on the floor of the ambulance. One of them went to Chloe and Officer Robert.

"We will be going now," he says before turning to leave.

Chloe turns to walk out of the alley.

"Chloe," Officer Robert calls out.

"Yes?"

"Do I want to know what will happen to them?"

Chloe stops and looks back at him, "No you don't, have a safe night Robert."

The ambulance silently drove down the road, no lights, no siren. It turns away from the main road and into a dark garage. It stops near a black car with a single light shining down on it.

The two "EMTs" exit the vehicle and pull out the strapped down Natalia and step away from her, leaving her by herself. Natalia's eyes dart back and forth trying to make out what is going on. The clicking sound of heeled feet could be heard approaching her.

Darla comes into view.

"Where is the mother?"

"Dead, this one landed on top of her."

Darla nods her understanding. She moves to the head of the gurney, looking down on Natalia's face. She looks back at the two men and holds out her hand. One of the men gives her the stethoscope that was around his neck. Natalia, grasping what was about to happen, starts to struggle to escape the backboard she was strapped to.

"Say hello to your mother for me," Darla says flatly.

"Go... To... Hell" Natalia manages to say.

Darla lets out a rare slight smile.

"You first, my dear."

The two men stand as silent, stoic witnesses as Darla strangles Natalia.

Darla hands the stethoscope back to the men.

"It would seem that your patient died on you gentlemen, Take them to Saint Mark's Hospital, They await you to dispose of your... baggage, Tell them to do a Krane special."

The EMTs load up their charge and quickly drive away. Darla watches as they go, then turns to leave in her car. She takes up her cellphone and dials a number.

"It's done, thank you."

"My pleasure."

Chloe turns off Ivanova's phone and hurries to Ivanova's car. She speeds to the hospital where she gets to see them unloading Ivanova into the ER. Maxine hops out almost beating them into the door. She manages to meet up with Maxine just outside of the room where they are treating Ivanova.

"Heard anything?" Chloe asks.

Maxine can only manage a shake of her head, her eyes fixed on the chaotic scene in the room.

"Dammit! Why won't the bleeding stop? Get a transfusion going! Hurry!"

"Yes, doctor."

Maxine paces, causing Chloe to step back a little.

"Pulse dropping."

"Fuck! Call the OR, tell them we got internal bleeding that we can't stop, Let's get her there now!"

Maxine backs away as they hurriedly wheel Ivanova out and quickly down the hall.

"Ivanova," Maxine whimpers as she starts after the group.

She gets to the double doors as a nurse intercepts her and Chloe, "I'm sorry but you can't go in there, there is a waiting room just around the corner."

Maxine begins to protest but Chloe pulls her away with some difficulty.

"Don't die on me Ivanova! Do you hear me? Don't you fucking die!" Maxine yells at the doors.

Chloe manages to lead Maxine away, Maxine begins to lean heavily on Chloe.

"Don't die, Ivanova."

"Please."

"Don't die."
