"chuxia! get up!"
winter called while furiously knocking on her bedroom door. the said girl groaned into her pillow before stumbling towards the door. "gee winter, good morning to you too." chuxia mumbled as winter rolled her eyes playfully and turned to leave. "oh right, hendery's waiting for you outside the house, he says if you don't hurry up he's going to leave without you."
"hendery? What is he doing here?" chuxia wondered before it hit her. "holy shit, the meeting! i completely forgot.. i'll get going then, thanks winter!" as winter left for her room, chuxia quickly got dressed and grabbed a biscuit before rushing around the house, filling her bag with necessities and sprinted out of the house.
there, she was met with a pissed hendery who clearly wanted to be somewhere else. "about time, i wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting here for you! how could you forget?" he rambled as he started the car. "i'm sorry," chuxia groaned, "i didn't mean to sleep through my alarm."

when the third song from hendery's car radio came to an end, they arrived at their destination, label V headquarters. as they reached the meeting room, hendery came to a halt at the door. "you're going in first, it's your fault we're late." he whispered.
chuxia sighed before stepping forward and grabbed the door handle. she slowly twisted the door handle and as the two stepped in, all eyes were on them. they were a minute late and unfortunate for them, everyone had turned up on time.
"sorry we're late," chuxia apologised, bowing her head along with hendery. "we were, uh, stuck in traffic." from the corner of her eye, she could see hendery rolling his eyes but chose to ignore him and retreated to her seat.
"it's all good, you're just in time." their leader, lay, reassured before going straight into the point of the meeting. "fellow operatives, i have gathered you all here to announce a new project, mission 127."
