Change

There were a total of six jaws dropped on the floor. All of them had been shook to the core.

Jin hyung came towards me and held my face in his hands. "Why ?"
I told them everything, every single thing I had to face in the last four years. How I had to keep on running to save my daughter.

And if it wasn't for Jin hyung, I would be on the floor, weeping. I could sense the tension in the room and out of all Hoseok was the most enraged.

"Namjoon ! I told you bastard that something was up but why would you listen to me and stop hurting that poor girl ?!" He grabbed Namjoon's collars and shook him.

Meanwhile, Jin hyung held me close to him and patted my head. "Forgive my brother y/n. I know he has done unforgivable things but he was not himself. He was blinded by revenge." I nodded at his words.

"We are going back to Seoul."

I looked at Namjoon with my eyes wide open. I freed myself from hyung's grip and walked to him,"Are you out of your mind ?! You are not going there." Namjoon just kissed my forehead.

"I have done many wrongs y/n and I don't want you to suffer anymore because of me. So I have decided, I Will Surrender."

And he did just as he said. We went to Seoul, he surrendered to the police and they arrested him. His court hearing was last month. Judge said that though he has committed crimes, there is no solid proof for his guilt.

Well, I had it with me but now I was not handing them to the judge.
So his initial sentence was of five years. But his lawyer managed to bring it down to two.

I have now started a small walk in café. And no I am not joining the services again. The others were spared from sentence as they were not directly involved in any killings or crimes.

They all paid all the amount that they had in black. Though for most of their income they paid taxes. And they promised to shut down all illegal businesses and only continue the legal ones.

Lisa and hyung were delighted on my arrival but when they saw Namjoon,
angry would be an understatement compared to how they reacted. But he handled them smoothly.

I don't know how will everything turn out to be. But if I have my daughter and my love, it will all be fine.
After all we need a change.
