Reflection

Argh. My sleep had betrayed me for the first 6 months. When the doctor said we'll have complexities, she was hella correct. I was famished ! No food could stay in my stomach for more than 2 hours.

I had a horrible pregnancy experience. What they call morning sickness, became evening sickness and even afternoon and night sickness. Even my legs gave up. They had swelled badly.

I felt like I would mix in the thin air. And the kicks. One night I almost died cause of the pain. My breath was out short.

And the delivery?
Well that went pretty smoothly. After an ounce of hellish experience, I saw my angel. Tears didn't stop and I didn't want 'em to.

I held her in my arms. She was so so tiny. I couldn't believe it.

"Yeeun. Kim Yeeun."

I returned home, Seoul, after many a year and a half. I missed it dearly. And what I just narrated was 18 months back. Her eyes, her lips, even her nose. Everything just everything reflects him.

After all she has become his reflection.

Lisa and Jackson stayed at ours tonight. Tomorrow is the big day. Though I have been late on this part but the preparations are pitch perfect. At least, to me.

"No !! Why Babies Breath and Pansies ? Red Roses and Petunias ! I don't wanna hear any thing !" Jackson screamed on the phone hanging it up.

"You should've at least heard what she had to say !" Lisa grumbled. "After all I am the bride ! Not you ! Unless you wanna do a gay wedding." She was fuming with anger.

"But the colo--"
"Just shut up. You messed up. Ugh. I will again have to call up the planner. Its like just half a day left and you wanna change the flowers !" Lisa finished.

"But Lisa baby --"
"Jackson Stop !" With that she scurried away with her cell, making some frantic hand movements.

"Hey jackie, cheer up man. She is just tensed." I soothed Jackson who was in tears.

And yup, you guessed it right.

Pretty shocking ? I know right.
"What happened guys ? Jackson again did something making Lisa furious ?" I nodded and hyung just smiled, sitting down on the couch.

"Buddy here take a beer. Always enjoy a wedding, they say if you do, you are next." Jackson's eyes lit up. Guess he is happy.

Who knows what's gonna happen tomorrow !

Blast ! Okay. Everything was fine except for a crying Jackson and a laughing Yeeun. Uh, also a crying Yeeun. She didn't wanna let hyung and Lisa leave for their honeymoon after the reception. Hyung managed to put her to sleep and they just left some time ago.

Hyung has a family now. I am very glad.

But why am I feeling jealous ? Why ? Who knows what's gonna take place in my life. Now I think, probably God's memeing on me, hah !

But they say never lose hope.
Only if there is any such word left in your life.
