y/n's pov

It's been a few days since Karl asked me to move in with him I had all my things packed the only things I needed to pack were the last minute things I was gonna pact tomorrow. I still couldn't believe it. I mean I'm actually moving out to live with Karl tomorrow.

- the next day -  

The day was finally here, in less than an hour Karl was coming to pick me up and bring my stuff to his house. I mean I didn't have much furniture since Karl had stuff at his house the only furniture I had was my bed since Karl said I could share part of his closet, plus it's not like I couldn't visit my mom and bring stuff I missed to Karls house... well I guess now it's my house too. I was saying my goodbyes to mom when she got all teary-eyed since I'm moving out but luckily I didn't need to tell her that I was gonna be ok and that I'm only moving 20 minutes away for the like the 10th time this week because I heard a car honk outside meaning Karl was here 

I walked out the door and just stared at the house for a good minute realizing how much life is changing before he honked again this time honking with the car "honkkk" he said. I ran to his car and gave him a big hug even though we saw each other a little more than a month ago before everything with my dad and stuff (Rona doesn't exist btw) it felt like an eternity since I had last seen him and the beast crew I got in the car and he started driving I turn on the radio to listen to some music

Mr Loverman starts playing on the radio and at the same time me and Karl both say "I love this song!" we both laugh, I start to smile it felt like it been such a long time since I heard that laugh it was still as cute as it was before, maybe even cuter.  

Karls pov

we both started laughing and then I noticed she was smiling from ear to ear her smile was so cute but obviously I had to bully her about it. 

"what are u smiling about" I asked she started to blush it was so cute and I tried not to smile back but that didn't last long, her smile was too contagious she replied with "you laugh is cute that's all" my heart literally melted and I was internally screaming HOLY HONK did she really say that :) I wanted to make the same face as the simp emoji because like awwww I could feel myself blushing HARD like "awww :)" NOOO DID I JUST HONKING SAY THAT OUT LOUD NO NO NO IM SO DUMB NO  

y/n's pov

"awww" Karl slipped out now we were both smiling and blushing I was gonna comment on it but we arrived at the house so he changed the subject and led me to his room. I was confused because when we got to his room he said I was gonna be staying in his room with him, and until my bed was gonna come I could sleep in his bed 

"where are you gonna sleep though" I asked "well I mean I was gonna sleep in my bed too unless you would rather have me sleep on the couch" Karl replied. I couldn't help but smile "its ok" I replied I mean we have been friends since kindergarten and whenever someone stayed over at the other's house we would sleep in the same bed, but something about this felt different...

Karl helped unpack stuff and then we just talked for a while on his bed and before we knew it it was 12 am.
